The food, ambience, new ownership and concept are beyond amazing. The food is so fresh and tasty. There are so many options which I absolutely love!! It’s a gem of a place. My kids enjoyed their brunch. We ordered eggs with hash browns & pancakes. I also got a power bowl with shrimp! So yummy. I wish I can eat it everyday. Truly feels so wholesome and leaves you in good spirits after you leave. I highly recommend it!

I recently hosted a private dinner for eight women at Fuel Fusion owned by Stephen and Angela, as part of an art journaling retreat. The experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was incredible and each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. And to top it off Austin, the guitarist and singer, provided the perfect musical backdrop, adding a wonderful touch to the evening. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. Loved the new Fuel Fusion. Had a fantastic omelette with spinach, cilantro, jalapeños, onions and mushrooms with seasoned black beans that were crispy and tasted outrageous. It came with a side of sourdough and yummy blueberry jam. The new menu is so much better than the old place and their servers were super nice. This will definitely be my new brunch go to!

Loved this place!! We’ve been here twice in less than a week. Great food! Everything we’ve ordered and seen was amazing!! The owners and chef are super creative and the menu has hidden gems throughout. I was thrilled that they could accommodate my kids food allergies and that there were so many options for keto and carnivore for my husband and I. Loved the steak and eggs and the berries and whipped cream. My husband loved the crunchy mac & cheese waffle! What a unique place. We will make this part of our regular routine!

Fuel Fusion is my favorite Wilmette restaurant. It is much better than other local breakfast/lunch restaurants. It has good quality, fresh food, and there are plenty of options for foodies. The new owners renovated it, and it feels open and spacious with a nice ambiance. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito.
The only thing I would add to this restaurant- or any nice restaurant- is the option to pay more for a salad dressing made with olive oil (instead of seed oils/ vegetable oil).

We were given a sample of the lobster roll and it was to die for. It was baked into buttery toast, soft on the inside crispy on the outside. Sweet, but savory. 10/10 would recommend.
