Pull up at the drive through, and cut you out before you finish stating your order, when you receive your order its the wrong items, but this pushed it over the edge hence the review. Be humble people if you don’t have the ingredients to make an item kindly tell us you don’t have temporarily , how is it the you sold me the most iconic bbq sandwich with out any sauce ????????? Like I wait and follow the Mac rib year round and you ruined the experience when you could of said “sorry were not serving it at the moment sad sad sad face

The lady at the drive-thru in the morning is very short. I tried to say thank you and she just slammed the window in my face. It’s not all about time you should care a little about how people feel too. I understand you’re a giant corporation that cares about nothing but still just a little advice

Unfortunately like many mcdonalds in the Austin area, barely any of the employees speak english…they also will help the customers who dont speak English, more readily than those who speak English. They treat door dash and uber orders like they are not important. This has become a popular trend at mcdonalds. Very unfortunate.

I ordered through the app and had it sent to this location. The first time went here was subpar, but I chalked it up to being busy and it was a minor thing so wasn’t worried about it. This time, it wasn’t busy and they messed my order up again. My large Sweet Tea wasn’t even slightly sweet, I only received two of my dipping sauces and on top of that I only received 18 of 20 chicken nuggets. I only know the last part bc I was dividing them up between my twin nephews and my niece. Like why would you mess up the order that bad when you’re not busy? Never again. Not even worth going back up there bc of the incompetence.

Stopped by drive thru for a quick burger and fries. I had to tell the employee 3 times (twice at the window) my order. When she finally acknowledged my order she asked if I wanted to LEAVE A TIP! are you seriously asking me for a tip!?! Since when does drive thru ask or receive TIPS! Since when does a fast food joint receive TIPS!? Then at the next window the employee had to fix my order because it was wrong…1 burger & 1 small fry!!!!

Horrible. Walked to pick up my order, came home, sat down to eat, and my freaking sandwich is cold! The egg, and steak patty!
Not just one, but on both of my sandwiches.
Not to mention the bottom part was covered in grease I had to get ride of it because it’s disgusting, and to add more into the fire. They forgot my oatmeal! I tried talking to the lady, but she didn’t speak English….. which is absurd. SMH hire people who are bilingual and know how to cook meals the right way. Never been so disappointed in breakfast.
I have more to add, but at this point, who cares! Mcdonald’s higher ups are always gonna be cheap with the staff they hire.

At this location- you have to wait a long time for someone to come to the counter to take your order. When ordering coffee, the NEVER put the lids on all the way. Once causing to lid to come off & hot coffee spilling all over me in my vehicle. While the manager was very apologetic, it continues to happen.

Compared to many other McDonalds restaurants, this one always has a great environment. Great service, food was correct and quick, clean tables, alot of space for children, handicapped and elderly.

McDonald’s French Fries are hands down the best! Staff was friendly and service was quick. Interior is modern and spacious. Prices are cheap! The only thing is, there was ants near the fountain drink machine and sticky residue everywhere.
