Great food and atmosphere. The wait time for the food is a bit long after you order but its worth it. The ceramic tiktaktoe waffle at the table is super cool as well!

everything here was so good! we got chicken and waffles and the wafflewich. staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is a comfortable/family vibe. I wish they were open a little later but I get it cause the island gets pretty slow sometimes. we’ll definitely be back.

We loved Madison’s Diner so much, we went everyday we were on Bainbridge Island. The waffles are amazing, I’ve been dreaming about them. The bacon was delicious! And the coffee so good. One of the days we got to meet the owner who was so kind. Definitely a gem of a place!

Setting is a 50’s modified train car vibe. Lots of vibrant colors with small tile flooring. Music is 50’s-60’s. Love it!
Menu is definitely BREAKFAST!
The food is awesome and generous in portions!
It’s a “must go” place if you’re visiting the area.
Enjoy!

Food, service, atmosphere and prices here are amazing. There seemed to be a couple of regulars who came in, and the waitress knew their names, got one a table light when he came walking in with a newspaper, and held the door for another. Its a train car with old times music, and a little game on the table. It was just so nice. 10/10, will go again when I’m in the area.

A small, classic diner. The service was great. Our server was super nice and took good care of us. The food was a little lackluster, but still good (4/5). But no pancakes to be found anywhere on the menu? That’s criminal for a diner. Maybe I missed seeing them, but I checked multiple times.

The hollandaise sauce was ok, but tasted like it wasn’t made that day (do you even make your own?). The club sandwich bread reminded me of the flavorless wonder bread I ate as a child. Overall, the food was safe and edible but overpriced by about 30%. Would I return? Probably not. For the price, there has to be better flavor in this tourist town. This would be the perfect place to take a picky elementary school kid.

I love this diner, I have been coming here for years. Yet, lately over the last year and a half there has been a new server that I have noticed is incredibly rude to not only the other staff but customers as well. She is a short Lantina woman and I have learned that her husband is also a cook at the same diner. Ever since about a year and a half ago, when i would come to the diner I would hear her making fun of teenage workers, being rude to them and making comments about their bodies. Not only is she rude to these young workers, but she is rude to her superiors. Servers that have worked there significantly longer than her such as Amanda. Amanda is the sever that everyone knows has worked there for a significant amount of time. As a Spanish speaker myself I have found myself hearing conversations with her husband constantly talking about how annoying her customers are and once or twice I have heard her calling them rude names or slurs.

I find the food and service here to be amazing, all servers and other workers are amazing and very kind. The wait is a little long to get in on a busy day but it is all worth it when the food comes out. People complain about the prices but for the quality and quantity of food, it is all worth it.

Though, as someone who comes in every month or so I notice the little things and I do notice that these young workers are afraid of this woman and I think that the environment would thrive without her.

Again, this food is fantastic as well as the energy inside. I have spoken to the owner once or twice and he definitely knows his stuff!

I absolutely loved every minute of my time eating at Madison Diner.

The atmosphere was incredible and I enjoyed it from the moment I stepped in. The food was very good, by diner standards.

The best part that will bring me back? The service. Kelsea was our server and she was super amazing and made the whole experience hilarious, friendly and welcoming. I WILL be coming back any time I am in town.

I will say this though, they need to add day ranch to the menu and not just have night ranch
