Our signature waffle, the Belgian Sugar waffle (aka Liège waffle) is not the waffle sold in most restaurants in America today. Absolutely wonderful experience here. The man working there was incredibly nice and efficient in making my drink. The drink was INSANE. Tiramisu on top of a tiramisu latte was truly an experience I needed in my life. An absolute must try if you like tiramisu and fun drinks!!! The tiramisu latte with the tiramisu on top was $11, which was pretty reasonable imo with the tiramisu and coffee, like a dessert and drink on one And the inside was so so cute. I will have to come back and grab a waffle and coffee and sit inside, because the inside was also so cute and relaxed! A super cute place to go to meet a friend and enjoy some yummy treats!

You know why you’re coming here, and its worth it. The tiramisu latte is so good. Although the coffee itself is just about above average, the tiramisu is the talking point, and thats what its marketed as, and thats what it delivers. If you really enjoy tiramisu, try the waffle, it was surprisingly very good.

Zinneken’s is hands down the best waffle place we’ve ever been to! From the moment we walked in, the smell of fresh waffles and warm toppings was irresistible. The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and absolutely loaded with delicious toppings. Every bite was pure heaven.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making great recommendations and making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat or relaxing with friends.

I really enjoyed the waffles! They were very flavorful!!! I wish they had homemade ice cream. The dining area is pretty small. Parking is somewhat difficult. The staff were very nice & even told us to have a great night : ) Definitely try it! Definitely shareable portions.

Waffles galore! It’s awesome when you find a restaurant that has beautiful food that also tastes great. We loved Zinnekens. It’s tucked in on a packed street in providence with quite a few other local spots. Parking is a bit tough because of the street, however, there is a garage within a 10min walk. The menu is short and to the point, coffees, waffles and some other treats. It was a bit on the expensive side for waffles, but, they were incredible. A soft, yet crunchy waffle, fresh fruit, and incredible toppings made our mouths explode. The Dubai inspired chocolate strawberries were incredible. Staff is small so you will wait for a bit if it’s packed, but patience is definitely rewarded here. 10/10 will visit anytime we’re in PVD.

My only wish is that there was a rewards program so I could get benefits for coming so often. They are trying that out in the Cambridge location but haven’t done it here as far as I know.

A group of us came here to specifically try the Dubai waffle sundae after having dinner. We ordered it with chocolate ice cream and all thought it was fantastic! The other available option for the sundae was vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. There were plenty of tables available to accommodate our group of four.

A waffle shop near Brown University in Providence RI. It has several seating area in the lower section. Waffles are good. Just wish the Belgium waffle to be available during the week days.

As some other people have mentioned, these are definitely “picture” perfect. That is, the waffles are visually appealing. The toppings are also superb — delicious! That said, the waffle itself, while infinitely better than the standard “Belgian” waffle you would get in the U.S., was not as dense or chewy as I enjoy from good Belgian (without the scare quotes) waffles. The waffle itself was also not as flavorful as I would have liked. That said, overall this was a nice experience, everyone in the place was super welcoming, helpful, and kind, and the atmosphere was a nice respite from daily life.
