Ordered shrimp lo mein through Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed. The portion size was ridiculously small for the price. Paid around $13 and received a tiny bowl that wasn’t even close to worth it. Felt ripped off. On top of that, no napkin was included with the order. Food was okay, but the portion size and lack of basic items ruined the experience. I won’t be ordering again.

This is my go-to when I am in town. The family that runs this place is sweet and friendly. They know their regular customers. Try their signature hot sauce…delicious. Egg rolls are great. My family loves the fish. My favorite is the chicken philly. They tend to prepare your fries when you arrive. If it is your first time, there are seasonings on a side table, including seasoning salt for french fries. Their lemonades are refreshing as well. Overall, we have never had an issue with the service. I will be back again when I am in town.

Their customer service is poor. I placed an order of 6 garlic parmesian party wings at the counter. Went to my car and in 5 minutes returned to get order. Went to work took one bite, chicken was hard and luke warm. I returned 5 miss later and asked for a refund, was told they could not take food back, “it is fresh” and was offered no compensation, not energy fresh or new order. I left food and said I would not return. Called when I got back to work in 3-5 minutes explaining my disappointment that they are willing to lose a customer over $7. Woman who said she was manager argued that I am only person who complains and that the chicken WAS fresh but the cold sauce was reason for its temperature. I have no desire to patronize an establishment that argues with a customer about something so easily resolved. That ripped it for me. Oh, and by the way, my throat is still irritated with the taste of old grease. FRESH, I BEG TO DIFFER Suzanna, or whatever your name is.

To try this place for the first was amazing ,fresh , curtious and fast. Being my wifey and I 100th time this place has blown us away every since the first time. Very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time and have always had a good experience—always ordered 2 Whites (fish) with fried okra, which includes a drink, but I just get water.
Lately, though, the service has gone downhill. The young lady at the counter (I believe she’s the daughter) has stopped including a fork with my order. Today, she actually told me I’d have to pay extra for my normal cup of water—water! That’s ridiculous.
I’ve supported this place for years, but after this, I won’t be eating here anymore.
