Place used to be really good, but might have new ownership? They used to actually put meat on your sandwich, your bread didn’t used to be crumbly and the cheese has been left out, you can tell because it’s waxy. Won’t shock me if this subway actually closes because of how bad it’s become recently.

Food tastes fine but looked awful quite honestly. My bread was so smooshed in it’s wrap it had more wrinkles than a nursing home. I ordered through the app and got a 6 inch and a 12 inch. Missing a complete half a sandwich, they did both 6 inches. Not a great first impression honestly. I shouldn’t have to be driving back and wasting gas.

Update: makes me sad to have to leave this review because this used to be my favorite subway but it has gone WAY downhill. Everything! The store is yucky, the food is meh, they are out of everything and the add ons look gross. Go anywhere else. Must have new management. Sad.

Came in tonight 20 mins till close and these young kids don’t want to work. Had the nerve to really complain that we came in at this time to order sandwiches to go. Worker even asked me do I know what time it is? And cussed!!! And the girl working was just laughing they said y’all ruining our night. Really??? I left!!! Not getting my business now or ever!!! If your open till 10 why is it a problem I come in to get sandwiches to go??? Kids need to learn how to work!!! Not professional at all!!!

Picked up order got home it was wrong and cold (ordered it toasted) open sandwich up barely any lettuce.. a total of 4 spinach leaves.. no onion.. no pickles.. 3 black olives.. drenched in ranch as it is soggy.. called store was given attitude.. told it was too bad when when i said I wanted it remade.. asked for a refund said no.. said I was going to write a horrible review manager said he didn’t care it won’t effect his paycheck. Iorder here thr other day and it was very good and correct.. stay away from this horrible store.. especially management.. he needs to be fired!

Used Doordash to order some sandwiches. They have restricted special requests. With that being said it does specify to call which I did. They informed me that it is what it is and there is nothing that can be done. Go to another subway don’t waste your money.

Had an online order for 600pm and waited with a lobby full of other people who ordered and waited until 645pm until just deciding to cancel. Drive somewhere else, even if it’s a longer drive it’ll be a lot quicker than this place. You could probably bake your own bread at home and make your sandwich before this place could make your sandwich.

Honestly I hate to leave bad reviews. But coming from a past subway manager from Connecticut the headquarters. I have to say this was 1 of the top 10 worst places I’ve seen.i could go on and on the amount of disgust and food violations I seen while waiting a total 24min in the store with 1 person ahead of me counted 3 or 4 employees. To be handed a 10$ sub was the worst for me. The new guy is the only reason I gave an Xtra star. The owner needs to make a lot of changes if he wants to succeed.

It took forever for our two sandwiches to be made. My sandwich was made twice because the employee burned the first one. After waiting & waiting, she struggled & couldn’t cut a sandwich in half & had to ask another employee for help who was busy cashing out another customer that arrived AFTER us and got her food before us (this never happens at any Subway). Flies were flying all over the veggies including my son’s sandwich which they also forgot about. His unfinished sandwich had been sitting there completely open, flies flying over it, while they were already ringing up my first sandwich, when my order was not even completed. I had to ask them to please get my son’s sandwich which I was so grossed out at this point feeding it to my child. The flies also landed on others customers sandwiches while the employees were MAKING them. The customers said something to the employees, the sandwiches were NOT remade nor charges waived. The sandwiches were flavorless. No manager came out to assist or check on these young kids who were struggling and needed help. I will never return to this location.
