Good for what it does – Gringo Mex. Table salsa is well seasoned but not at all spicy. Refried beans have a Ranch Style color to them, but not that taste. Rice is fluffy and buttery, hint of oregano. All the ingredients were fresh and the plates are nicely presented. The guac was quite good. Just, everything is bland flat on flavor. Very spacious, clean, and accessible bathrooms.

Los Amigos has become one of our absolute favorites—we’ve been here multiple times and every single visit has been perfect. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, and the service is consistently prompt. You can tell that everyone here works together as a team to create a welcoming, positive experience from start to finish.
The food is outstanding—always fresh, flavorful, and clean. Every dish we’ve tried has been made with care, and it’s clear they take pride in what they serve. The restaurant itself is spotless, which only adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment.
I can’t recommend Los Amigos enough. If you’re in Waynesville and want a place that combines amazing food with top-notch service, this is the spot to try!

Jackie was our waitress and she was excellent. Sadly I was not liking the food. I ordered cheese enchiladas and it came with cheese sauce. Too much cheese and the tortillas were undercooked. I asked for enchilada sauce and then requested a whole new order without cheese sauce. It was a little better but still didn’t care for it.

Had a really good meal. We had a large party (9) and they served us fast and efficiently.
Servers were on top of it all as well.

I had my birthday dinner at this restaurant yesterday they would not let us call ahead and reserve seats the seated us next to a very large table full of people that were hollering and yelling the whole time like they were at a football game the waitress was very rude did not want to fill up drinks did not want to bring us napkins to of the people at the dinner how to send their food back two separate times because it was made incorrectly I was going to send my plate back for a third time but by then I was frustrated it was extremely overpriced and I got overcharged by $10 for what reason I do not know they didn’t offer to bring out a dessert or do happy birthday or anything like that the food is the most not authentic Mexican food I have probably ever had in my life it probably would have been the same thing as going to Taco Bell I’m extremely disappointed I’m extremely sad because it essentially ruined my birthday I highly highly do not recommend this place there was nothing on that menu that was authentic it was horrible

Great little spot in Waynesville! Authentic, clean and the food tastes amazing! The salsa is packed full of flavor but not spicy. We ordered the enchiladas and flautas. So good!! We will be back!

Very efficient, friendly and energetic staff. Food is good quality and well presented. Prices are close to $20 per entree. The place would receive 5 but Mexican Rice & Beans are an extra $3.50 in addition to the price of the entree. This is out of the ordinary for most quality Mexican restaurants. I like the place, people and food but extra for beans and rice is ridiculous.

Fresh and locally owned…it’s the Mexican place the locals talk about.
Chicken enchiladas did not disappoint. My husband ordered the fajitas and loved them. Low key, priced right. We will be back

Very friendly staff and was quick enough to get food. Overall the restaurant was clean when I got there. The staff was attentive and not bothersome. My only complaint is that the food was kinda way to salty for my taste. Would I personally come again? Maybe if I feel like it. Would I recommend it? Sure why not? You might like more salty food.

Walked in 10 minutes before closing, but you wouldn’t know it. The staff treated us like we were the first customers of the day, not the last. Top notch service
