Went to the Starbucks on Memorial in Murfreesboro, TN. I had originally ordered a pistachio latte at one of the Lebanon locations; my drink came out brown/almost a chocolate color. I didn’t want to deal with the Lebanon location having to remake, as the barista said the shots that morning were coming out dark. As I was driving to work, I called the Murfreesboro location and they said they were happy to remake it for free! Thanks Yalexa and Aris at the Starbucks on Memorial for making this a seamless experience! You guys are great!

Always poor service when I stop here before night shift. I use mobile order and still give an extra 10-15 mins before heading to the drive thru. Usually nobody in line, and I have to wave a barista down at the window to get their attention, or make eye contact and they swiftly walk away. My cold brew was also room temp with no ice and none of my modifications added this last visit 🙁 I’d probably choose another location if able!

Horrible service starting the day off. I got to the window 3 minutes before they opened the woman wouldn’t see what I wanted/what I needed. Kept waving me off. Never again. It’s too early to play with and deal with rude people when I need my wake up drink.
