388 came highly recommended, and I instantly understood why. The chicken parm was tender and crispy, the vodka linguine was rich and flavorful, and the tiramisu was the perfect sweet finish. What really stood out was how cared for we felt, the staff went above and beyond, even plating and serving our food for us. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel extra special. Can’t wait to come back!

Great family style Italian restaurant. Freindly professional service. Good drinks and wine selection. Authentic Italian food, large sharable portions, all deserts are home made we had the tiramisu wow. There’s music playing and when the restaurant is full it can be noisy. This is the second time to we ate there it’s just like eating in a New York restaurant. Would highly recommend trying 388.

The food and service were excellent, this restaurant truly has it all. Our server Albert went above and beyond, very personable and made sure we had a good meal. He made some recommendations which were spot on. The veal parmesan is the best i have ever had. It is so tender they cut it with a spoon. The fried calamari was tender and flavorful that you didn’t even need to use the marinara sauce. Truly an outstanding restaurant!

I had an amazing experience dining here thanks to Olmedo! He was an absolutely wonderful server—attentive, kind, and on top of everything without ever feeling rushed. He made the entire visit enjoyable, and his service truly stood out. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish! I’ll definitely be coming back and will be sure to ask for Olmedo again in the future. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say that the food here is excellent! The vodka sauce is delicious.. all the meats are tender and the food is fresh and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Usually the food service does complete the dining experience..I want to say Frankly the busser (who I’m sure does not get much credit) was wonderful and attentive and friendly , but unfortunately Fabiola who was the server was not as friendly or attentive to our table. Just saying!

The food was outstanding—authentic Italian cuisine with homemade pasta, fresh ingredients, and traditional recipes. The generous family-sized portions were perfect for sharing.
The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly. Our waitress provided excellent service. I also tried the Passion Fruit Prosecco Spritz, which was delicious.
Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience and highly recommend 388 Italian Restaurant for genuine Italian flavors and a welcoming environment.

A new family style Italian restaurant from Long island. They have a huge enclosed patio and some inside seating. The noise level on the patio made conversation between the four of almost impossible plus loud music. Portions are either 1/2 or full.
Unfortunately, our server should have told us not to order 4 1/2 entrees, way too much food. They start you with a plate of Ciabatta with tomatoes and pesto.
We had the baled clams for starters, portion of 6, good.
For mains, we tried the Chicken Parmigiana, Eggplant Parmigiana, Shrimp Krak,( battered shrimp in a Luciano sauce with hot cherry peppers) very good and Frutti di Mare over pasta with a choice of red or white sauce (clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari , also very good.
Really enjoyed the food but the noise level prevents us from returning.

So disappointing. I had heard mixed things about this restaurant but wanted to try it for myself. We sat at the main bar for dinner, the bartender was new which is completely fine and understandable however the other person you would think would have been experienced but definitely not. I specifically asked if the chicken meatball had cheese inside it. The new girl said I am new let me check, she then asked the other girl who said no. I order it, it comes and first bite I said this has cheese it. The new girl then asks a manager, he said yes for sure. This is a cheese allergy and the fact is I asked so this was very bad. Onto the main course shrimp marinara, asked does this come with anything, they tell us over spinach we say great ..it comes, just a plate of 6 shrimp no spinach. We say something, they seem annoyed but sent over spinach and did not charge us. With this whole escapade not one person came over to us to say I am so sorry or how can we make this better. Place seemed dirty, they were not that busy but the service was truly terrible with very mediocre food. I will never go back and if you try it definitely sit at a table and maybe the experience would be better.
