The past couple experiences I’ve had have been 5 stars- arriving at 8am right when they open, employee very sweet, everything tasting good. Today I tried to go in- got here around 8:40am when they open at 8. There are clearly employees inside but the lights are off, open sign off, door locked. I tried to knock, stood outside for 20 minutes, and called the store line twice with no response while employees are obviously moving around. It’s honestly very disappointing

Service was horrible! The workers seemed like they hated helping you and annoyed you wanted to get tell them your order, but the sandwiches were good, luckily!

There is a weird disconnect between ordering on the app and in the store. I ordered a wrong sandwich. I immediately called the store and canceled. Then placed the correct order. One $7 sandwich. The store says I need to get a refund from corporate. Corporate says they dont give refunds. What’s the point of having an app? Other restaurants have figured out refunds. Do better Subway.

I ordered a rotisserie style chicken with various amounts of vegetables. I ordered light yellow peppers and light onions and this is how many yellow pepper they gave me, by anyone else’s standard they gave me extra. They did not follow my online order, made it incorrectly, and it was ready five minutes after the order ready by time I was given.

I LOVE subway. I could eat it every day. Called this store to inquire about current deals going on and a young woman answered the phone and was very rude, short and pretty much hung up on me. I asked my question and got my answer, as brief and unenthusiastic as it was, I was in the middle of thanking her and telling her I had the app and was just checking to see what deals they had going on and was basically hung up on. They could use some training on customer relations, apparently.

I ordered a delivery meal using the Subway app. After my meal never showed up I decided to call the store. I was treated rudely out of the gate and even asked for a manager who was rude and just as unhelpful as the first person. I asked for a manager call back as they said I would not be getting a refund and I needed to take it up with DoorDash. I ordered from Subway not from DoorDash. I finally got a response from the big Subway boss Todd Bertagnole today and he also said that I would not be getting a refund and that I can take it up with my credit card company or DoorDash. The staff never made an attempt to contact me to let me know there was an issue at all. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEiR CUSTOMERS. Facts: I ordered delivery and the food never came and they say I cannot get a refund for some reason according to Mr Subway owner guy. My credit card company doesn’t agree! If you like rude staff and owners and paying for food you don’t get this is your place! I would give them 0 stars if possible!

We have boycotted subway in Casper for sometime, well over a year maybe longer. Figured we would give it another chance tonight and have no regrets. A bunch of young professionals were working tonight and the food was amazing. My wife use to work there so I know what a good Subway sandwich taste like and what it is supposed to be. These young adults knocked it out of the park…Thank you, we will be back.

Well I normally don’t mind it but my bread was hard as a rock didn’t notice until I got home, due to getting it to go. So I’m positive my bread was from yesterday or three days ago. The lettuce was brown!
