For a small town sestaurant it it’s pretty spacious. I had a burger, and it was awesome. I had a chicken grilled sandwich and it was a little dry, but if I would have added more mayo it may have been better. The cheese balls are good and the fries are good. I’ve had the sweet potato fries and they were undercooked, but the waitress was happy to bring out new ones that were much better. The pop was a little off on a CO2 or syrup concentration, but still cold. This is a good place to stop and get food in a relaxed atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again.

I have been to several events that have been catered by this place and it is definitely not something to write home about.
For the last event just this month, It truly seems that he is just opening the big cans of bushes baked beans, buying coleslaw from Sam’s and possibly cooking or smoking meat and serving it like they did something amazing. There was nothing special about what they are doing. The two kids that were supposed to serve the food did not wear gloves, and one just stood there while the guests at the event scooped food themselves.
As for the food in the actual restaurant, I have been a couple of times but not my first choice. There isn’t really anything amazing, but basic. If your starving it will do, but that is about all.
If you want good food find it somewhere else.

Excellent place to eat! Daily specials are always enjoyable. They also have seasonal menus they bring out every 3 months or so with new items to try as well as their normal full menu.
The owner does an outstanding job with catering or with lining up a family or team gathering in their party room. Would highly recommend!
