I normally get delivery here and it’s ok. I recommend eating there in this review. Friendly staff, crunchy and delicious fried mushrooms, and the pizza was delicious with lots of cheese. Reminded me of pub style pizza in the 80’s and 90’s . They are a bit in the expensive side, as it cost 40 dollars for an appetizer and a large pizza, but in comparison to the competition locally it was well worth the money. Would have given them a 5 star had in been 5 to 10 dollars cheaper.

Haven’t been here in a while. Last time we had to wait for a table, this time it was empty, only one other table was used. I’m guessing 5 more were taken before we left. The place is rather loud. Employees are young and have no sense of service. They were dressed in street clothes. This is a nicer restaurant, they care about the decor I’d think their employees should show the same. It took a very long time to get our food. We talked at the table for awhile, gambled a bit, used the washroom and talked more. Good thing we weren’t on a time limit.
We ordered fish and chicken fingers baskets. The meat parts were great, highly recommend but the sidewinder fries (just crinkle cut) were cold. They looked like they were warmed up but to early.

We haven’t been or ordered in a while since the foods gone down hill. Gave it a shot. Pizza was overcooked which I wouldn’t normally mind but it was hard. The vegetables were piled in the middle and not spread out. The egg rolls were greasy and undercooked like the oil wasn’t hot enough. Had to finish the egg rolls in my air fryer. This is why we don’t order much from Sammy’s. Your pizza is not cheap so I would expected better. Check your food before it goes out. Expect more from your employees.

Love going on Mondays, for half price wings! We usually order a salad & soup sometimes, to go with it. We have gone other nights as well, & enjoyed it, whether it’s for a burger or pizza. Now..for the service! We always ask for Nikki! She always greets us with a smile & friendly “hello”! She takes great care of her customers, & always remembers what we drink as well. We highly recommend her! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a nice experience with Sammy’s. People were friendly and the food quality was good, will recommend it to anyone. A nice variety of offerings available. I used to love this place but lately they have been rude and inconsiderate. I ordered delivery from them and when I went to pick up my food the employee straight slammed my door in my face. So I decided to pickup my order today, and give a second chance. The employee at the counter could barley talk to me because she was so preoccupied with the male beside her. I felt as if I shouldn’t have been there. I really hope they could change things. I order food from here once a week. I feel like I shouldn’t be treated as such, and if I could give negative five stars I would.

Our group of 12 had an evening meal here, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was under control at all times. The meal came to us all at once and in a timely manner. The reason for a 4 star rating? Almost everything on the menu was deep fried. I have Celiac and must be Gluten Free, there was very little on the menu for me, I was disappointed with that aspect. But, it is a chain!!

First, the bad. The food just ok, and they screw up orders a LOT. 4 out of 5 my last orders have been messed up. They’re the only joint in town so not much choice. Tonight they screwed my order up really bad.
Now the good. They will absolutely bend over backwards to make things right. Management cares about the customer and I imagine the issues they do have are just due to the help. Lots of teenagers and in a town this small, not a lot of applicants to choose from.
All in all I give them a middle of the road rating. They could be really good if they could find good help.

The food is great but if you live outside Momence it’s becoming a hit and miss as to whether you will get food or not. The steak sandwiches are great and bid enough to take off the bread and have a steak dinner,and they are very tender with not much fat- cooked to perfection. The Italian Beefs are also great and big enough to fill you up. We haven’t had anything we didn’t like from the menu. I also should mention their pizza’s are also great and still hot enough you don’t have to heat it unless you like your pizza really hot. As I said the delivery service isn’t very reliable if you live outside Momence. but if you can get the food delivered it is great!
