We waited for over one hour for our meal. When we were ready to leave, the first order arrived, and we had to wait another 30 more minutes for a salad.
The waiter was the nicest, apologetic. But the food was not worth the wait. They offered free dessert to compensate, but honestly, there’s no compensation for a long wait and fish that tastes like out of the icebox.
I don’t make scenes, so we paid and left, but I’d never return.
We arrived home and ordered food … Waste of time and money. While a worried waiter tried to do his best.

The staff were really friendly, but the food in my opinion wasn’t really good. My kid recently ordered the Matsuri Kids 3, she thought the rice panda was really cute. Once we got the box, my daughter told me that it has no flavor except for the cooked salmon. We order a big sushi box and the sushi was very bad. I went to a lot of Japanese restaurants, and this one was probably the worst. I don’t suggest you to go to it, but that’s your choice.

Delicious sushi. Vast selection. Very yummy. We also ended up sitting outside and they had live music a few restaurants over and we got to enjoy it as well. Loved the vibe

This chain has really gone down hill in the past few years. After visiting this one I officially stopped eating here and found another place to get my sushi from. The miso bowl size have turned into teacups almost and the soup was cold. The sushi is no better than what you can buy at a grocery store. What really ticked me off was the obviously dyed wasabi. It was bright green like they put food coloring in it. A few years ago the price was worth it for eating at Matsuri but over the years the quality has consistently declined while the prices have increased. If you look you can find much better quality sushi in the area. I’ll never eat at a Matsuri again. It’s a dinner that consistently disappoints.

Do not eat here. The food was horrible with no flavor. Told the employees about the flavor and they took our barely eaten food and put it in the trash, without asking us if we still want it. They then charged us for everything.

Quality of sashimi was not good, the pieces were not cut by someone with experience and the freshness wasn’t were it needed to be for raw fish.
