I would advise to avoid ordering from this location this is the second time I have ordered from them for my order to be wrong. I paid an extra $2.80 for bacon to not get it at all and also both subs were supposed to be toasted and neither were when I called the location the owner or manager yelled at me and argued with me that it was toasted and that I did not order bacon even though I have my receipt. In the picture you can see that they were never toasted whatsoever and that there is no bacon. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting.

The food it’s subway the food is always the same. Some subways are better than others. The portion sizes are smaller, which is fine, especially if you’re on a diet or something like that the staff they’re fine for the most part. There is a language barrier and that can make for a difficult process in making your sandwich. They are cheap on the ingredients. I have about six pieces of spinach. I’m not too happy but everything else it’s a subway, but if y’all go here, just know you’re gonna be gypped and they overcharge.

Every single time I come here I get the same toasted sub and every time the bread is COLD. The meat is cold, the cheese isn’t melted and I specifically put notes to make it Extra Toasted. Not sure if they’re lazy or don’t bake their subs long enough to get them done quickly. Absolutely terrible food serving.

This is by far the WORST Subway ever. I swear when it comes to the food it is horrible. I’ve tried this place a few times and it literally makes me want to quit eating Subway altogether. This particular day (8/25/22)… I made an online order for a footlong spicy Italian and six inch Philly cheesesteak because they had a promo in the app. Buy a footlong and get the six inch free. Because my son and I like both, I was cool with it. However once we pick up the food and get home… the bread is ROCK hard like they forgot it was in the toaster. However upon looking at it, it was not burnt which let me know the bread was STALE… which was confirmed once tasting it. I mean really? STALE ROCK HARD BREAD… I just can not. Subway has lost me as a customer. No one has money to waste on food that’s not even edible. We ended up getting something from JJ. SMH.

I had a great experience at Subway recently, and I want to give a special shout-out to Nargis! She is an outstanding worker—friendly, efficient, and always with a smile. She prepared my sandwich with care and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and values customer satisfaction. This location was so much better. Music was playing. Service was great. They honored my request to put mayo on first and they were able to prioritize mobile orders without sacrificing the customers who just walk in. Store was clean also
