This used to be my go to place for pizza back in the day… Not good anymore. Last few times pizzas are extra dry, hardly any sauce and cheese… crust area has no sauce and no cheese. I have gotten pizzas that almost seem reheated. It sucks because this was the only pizza that I used fo care for.

Terrible place to order over the phone, I called 5times to order my pizza and no answer. My daughter also called 3 times no answer when I got there the cashier and the girl that works in the kitchen where to busy talking to a guy, with only one customer waiting on their order. That explain why the calls were NOT answered. The owner need to DO something about this situation…. Terrible customer service- Wow

The lady putting the boxes together had the bright idea of setting her germ filled phone on top of the boxes ( on the side the pizza sits).
Worse , she had a very rude attitude.
I really hope management resolves this issue and gives their employees better training.

This place has gotten worse over time pizza with no cheese overcooked bacon and pepperoni overcooked pizza. Customer service is horrible lady and the front has issues. Horrible customer service asked her for peppers she just rolled her eyes gave me only 5 packets by the way pizza was hard overcooked place looks dirty there’s trash at the entrance. They should shut this place down. Please do not buy from this business.

Love the pizza. Have been coming to Pronto’s for a long time. As a mom of all boys you know they love pizza and they love this place. The space is small so there is not much space to wait inside. Waiting time is not bad either. I always wait around 10 minutes for my order.
