I must rave about this place. I cant believe I never visited sooner. My favorite place to eat to date. I am OBSESSED and just want more lol. The hot honey chicken sandwich is outstanding! Its legit honey they infuse! And the drinks were perfectly made, hats off the to bartender!! Not too sweet and not too strong just perfect. The service was super friendly and fantastic. I cannot WAIT to go back!

The food here is incredibly good. You won’t expect much when you walk in; you’ll be floored by how good it is and rave about it when you walk out. Drinks 10/10. The house infused liquors are amazing and there are real bartenders. They care what you think and will even make custom things. The food is all amazing. The hot honey chicken sandwich is incredible and (sounds wierd) but the Egyptian carrots are maybe the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Can’t stress enough that you should eat here.

Someone let me know that this place had a lot of Gluten Free items and they weren’t kidding. So much to choose from that I took a long time to order! The staff was very helpful and patient and it’s such a beautiful place.
Plus, there’s a not-so-secret speakeasy in the basement. You have to visit! Nothing out there, at least in this area, quite like this place.
( Oh yeah, we both really enjoyed our food, too! )

We have ate here several times and have always loved it. On our most recent visit, there were 5 of us dining. All of us really liked our food except my husband. He ordered a ribeye steak, priced at $45, and it came out with gravy on it (huh?!) It was fatty and was not good. He only ate a couple of bites. He should have told the waitress but did not. We have gotten filet mignon at other places for less than this. Disappointing. We went down to the speakeasy after dinner and that was very cool.

Went there for Valentine’s Day and had thier special for two, the food was excellent. An amazing deal. The atmosphere is nice and historic. The service was great from the hostess to the owner who visited our table. We will be going back.

Wolf Creek Tavern exceeded all of our expectations and gave us a dining experience we won’t forget! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, setting the tone for a fantastic evening.

For dinner, I chose the Black Peppercorn Burger, and it was outstanding — cooked to perfection, juicy, and packed with bold, savory flavor. The peppercorn aioli gave it just the right kick without overpowering the rich taste of the beef. To drink, I ordered a “Scotty Doesn’t Know,” and it was just as impressive — expertly crafted, refreshing, and a perfect complement to the meal. You can tell the bartenders at Wolf Creek really take pride in what they do.

My wife ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and it was easily one of the best versions of the dish we’ve ever had. What really sets it apart is how they serve it: instead of the traditional pasta, it comes over a bed of homemade gnocchi. The gnocchi were light, pillowy, and clearly made with care — such a unique and delicious twist that elevated the dish to a whole new level.

Everything from the flavors to the presentation to the overall vibe was spot-on. It’s clear Wolf Creek Tavern pays attention to the little details that turn a good meal into a memorable one. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying even more from the menu. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and a truly welcoming atmosphere!

Very cozy small town log cabin vibe. Great for a date night or special night out. Food is excellent and atmosphere is relaxed. I’d recommend reserving ahead of time if you want to come in during normal meal hours though as they get busy easily.

Love this place. Don’t get to go very often. They are more on the expensive side.
But everytime I do go something new is on the menu. Go right after open. Less busy.

The atmosphere was absolutely perfect — cozy lighting, a soft breeze drifting in from the patio, and charming holiday decorations that made it feel festive without being overdone. Everything was clean and inviting.

The food was great, though my salad came out at the same time as the main course, which threw off the pacing a bit. Our server was friendly but didn’t check in very often once.

Overall, though, it was a lovely experience and I’d definitely dine here again.

I have not been here in awhile, and was rather disappointed in the food. The brussel sprouts were hard, my entrée salad had only 4 pieces of lettuce, the dill pickle pizza was ok but the crust was hard and almost unchewable. I knew this place was going to be on the pricy side, but I feel the value of the food did not even come close to the money we spent. Beware; the prices on the bill are not the same as what the menu states. Everything was like 60 cents or even over a dollar more than the price listed on the menu. If you follow my other reviews, I pretty much like every place I go. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. But this time I just had to because there were just so many things that I was not happy about. Hopefully they get it together there because it is a historic and cool place to dine. Overall I give this place a 3/10 and only because the service was good.
