The cook’s artistry shines through in every dish, each crafted with a level of care that is hard to find elsewhere. The seasoning is spot on, with fresh cilantro, crisp lettuce, and creamy avocado elevating the meals to new heights—ingredients that are often overlooked at food trucks. The menu is impressively diverse and offers great value for the quality provided. I was particularly blown away by the Birria ramen, which ranks among the best I’ve ever tasted! The chorizo was a delightful surprise, lean and light, and the torta was simply satisfying.
I can’t wait to return and explore more of their offerings. With a new brick-and-mortar location not far from downtown, it’s now easier to indulge in their mouthwatering dishes. I’m especially curious about their D Waffle Cone! This stop in Indiana has become a must-visit for me, and I look forward to making it a regular part of my travels.
Grab a Jarritos, pull up a stool, and let the food do the talking. I got the deluxe box and it hit the spot. Very few places care enough to prepare an quesabirria with a crunchy layer as you dip it into the consomme’. Everything was made so fresh that I think this might be the best Birria spot in town. Operating hours give you plenty of time to make it in. I’ll be back tomorrow! And the next day. 10/10
I ordered the Den Den box, which is supposed to come with dessert fried dough sticks topped with caramel, chocolate sauce, and sprinkles. It took until about 6:35 to be ready, and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what I expected. The Den Den box was cold, not fresh, and it left me wondering if they just reheated the meat from the day before or if they had my food sitting there the whole time, even though I repeatedly asked if it was ready. Instead of the delicious dessert I anticipated, I got something that looked and tasted like old, hard cardboard. There were no toppings, and the Den Den was clearly not fresh.
The only good thing was the grilled cheese; it had tasty flavor, but the meat was not hot. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning.
This food truck is parked at a corner gas station.
Outl in Indianapolis and wanted to grab some food At one in the morning. What an amazing find.
Got an assortment of food and it was all incredible, from the Ramen to the tacos to the beans and rice.
Service and atmosphere were amazing considering it’s a food truck people!
