The employee making the sandwiches tonight 11/19 needs work on his customer service skills. Very rude and short with me. And when the other employee, a young female, tried to be helpful he was rude and short with her. If you dont like your job… find something else!

Horrible service, walked in no one was in sight besides a worker with brown hair making out with a guy who walked out then back in and they maked out again. Then the worker disappeared for awhile never spoke to us once. We were standing in there for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The worker with brown hair then said to us “are you guys gonna get something cause if not you need to leave” and we were like uh what and she was like “yeah if your not getting anything you need to leave that’s loitering” very rude to us. As if I wasn’t waiting to order the whole time I was in there. Again the whole time we were in there not a single “welcome to subway I’ll be with you in a minute” not any sign that they were gonna provide any service to us. Do not go to this location unless you want service from a rude brunette. Not to mention this isn’t even the first bad moment I’ve experienced at this subway.

We live in Lyndonville. The last time we ordered from Subway (a week ago) the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were orange & not enough meat. Absolutely disgusting! The guy making our sub just hurried to get it made. No thought or care at all! He puts so much mayo on that it’s everywhere! I hate that they don’t display the meat now! I always could look at the roast beef to see if it was rare enough. They will serve you old nasty vegetables, although you can see the fresh ones cut up. Seriously! I used to be able to get a $5 foot long that was put together well in Orleans! I understand the food cost went up Subway! But clean your business up! I won’t be eating there again until it changes! Stop covering up the meat! You don’t want to pet $25 for something you threw out!!!!

Called in to let them know that my chicken was rotten (smelled like rotten feet) I as told I was a liar and they make their stuff fresh. Haha ok well something went wrong in that process. I think the right thing to do would have been for them to say thank you for letting us know and we will take care of the problem. Was also thinking old they don’t replace food that has nothing wrong with it. Like I’m trying to get free food lol. Nathan the assistant manager was not helpful at all and they were all rude. No more subway for me!

Love my local Subway. Food is usually good. Staff lovely. Just disliking how the pandemic has them shutting down early sometimes. Nothing like mentally drooling over the sub you’re going to get and having a “closed” sign slapped in front of you!

The food seemed on par with expectations for a subway. The employee making our wraps was polite, maybe a little bit under trained, and prompt. Seating in this particular Subway is lacking- large parties may want to reconsider. The dining area and restroom were mostly clean, but could have been cleaner. As usual subway seems to me way overpriced. Almost $25 for two veggie wraps with chips and drinks. Three stars for a completely mediocre yet overpriced experience.

No it’s not the best subway. Sometimes they run out of different breads and yeah sometimes they don’t do all the promotions that are on TV but it’s Lyndonville!!! We’re lucky to have a Subway in this town. I checked the hours on GOOGLE and saw some of the sh** people were saying. Like it’s Subway not a 5 star restaurant. eat your dam sandwich and be happy.
