Consistently under portioned on everything. Crunchy tacos shells not warmed and stale. Flour tortillas didn’t even touch the grill to get warm so they are cold and break instead bending when wrapping a burrito. I guess I am the fool for coming back so many times. These things were more acceptable when TB was a cheap option but now it’s cheaper to go sit down at a real Mexican restaurant

Lots of errors in the order. I’m vegetarian so I ordered my usual black bean crunchwrap supreme and they gave me the beef crunchwrap instead. I also got a cheesy bean and rice burrito and there was no beans at all. They forgot the avocado sauce I paid extra for. Ordered off the app. Really disappointing.

They messed all the way up. Normally it’s not that bad but this time it was awful. When we got our food they messed up every taco and challupa we got. The only thing they got right my the cheese roll ups but those are hard to mess up. AND they added things to my meal I didn’t even order. Spent almost twice as much as normal because children can’t listen VERY DISAPPOINTED Most likely will not be back to this location.

It was honestly impressive how wrong my entire order was. My cantina chicken burrito had half the chicken, no chipotle sauce and it was mostly just Tortilla and Pico. The sour cream tasted off, I was missing 3 items. It was just a disappointing experience. I’m normally not the kind of person to leave a review, but this location is so consistently an issue.

I got here and ordered a hard shell taco with TOMATO AND SOUR CREAM. The worker named Logan did not give me any sour cream and tomatoes even after I requested it for a second time. This is utterly ridiculous.

Dry as Toast! Pendleton Taco Bell is the worst location in our area!! ALSO: The cashier at the window refused to sell me an extra Bell Sauce at the pick up window, he said I had to drive back around to the speaker!!! According to him selling sauces at the window was not allowed! haha!! I will never undesrstand why Lazy Karens at the fast food joints think they deserve more than they make.

Worse Taco Bell experience to date. Ordered 4 Chicken Soft Tacos for my Daughter who is Autistic and likes to build her own tacos, so there was some special requests. Right away the girl taking the order got irritable because I asked for all the components in separate containers. Chicken in one container, lettuce in one container, cheese in one container, and tortillas separate. I checked quick that everything was separated. When I get home, I discovered they only have me enough ingredients to barely make 2 tacos, and I paid for 4. $12.00 for 2 Chicken Soft Tacos. Never again. Final straw on Horrible service from Taco Bell. I feel like I have been robbed. Save your money and find another restaurant.
