I got the chicken banh mi. It was very good but could have used more pickled daikon and carrots. I would get again tho!

They have a new menu item which is a great staple of Vietnamese restaurants I enjoy so much: rice vermicelli bowls. Had one with extra chicken and it was fantastic. Nicely prepared and super filling yet light as to be expected. Nice job!

I ordered the pho and wasn’t expecting much coming from a food cart. But honestly it tasted better than 90% of the dine places I’ve been to in Vancouver. The flavor was good and plenty of meat slices and more noodles than I could finish. The service great and the new station is a great place to bring the whole family. My kids really enjoyed the outdoor play area. We will be back!

Well, The first time I came here, the food was pretty good. But today, I was disappointed to find a real live rubber band in my Pho. So I went back and told the very nice lady, and she promptly thanked me and sent me on my way. I would have thought that she would have given me my money back, or maybe some free spring rolls, but she really had nothing else to say. So off I went. I literally had the rubber band in my mouth, and that rubber band taste was the only thing that tipped me off. I would say that the line is a short as any here given the fact that this food cart just opened up, but word for the wise, watch what’s in your bowl!

This is my new favorite banh mi place! I have not had the pho yet, but I can say the banh mi is delicious. Great bread and a very generous meat portion. The lemongrass pork is amazing!

I love Vietnamese food and was excited about this cart because it smelled so good, but the food I ordered just wasn’t good. The crispy spring rolls were very chewy with very little filling or flavor and the beef Bánh mì was basically just flavorless dry bread. Little to no meat, hardly any pickled daikon and carrots, one tiny slice of cucumber and jalapeño, and no cilantro to be found. It’s still early on so I really hope they make improvements.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I was excited to try the first “pho cart” I’ve ever seen. I ordered the special pho and was dissappointed because there was nothing special about it… the broth was very bland and luke warm, not hot like pho is supposed to be (and we ate it in the food building 2 minutes after it was served), I think I got maybe 4 slices of beef. Additionally, I tasted a lot of msg in the soup which made me sick when I got home. I wanted so much to like it because I love pho. But I’m going to have to say no to future visits.

Avoid the egg rolls and grilled pork and rice. That meat was sacrilage. Staff was friendly though- gave me egg rolls for “free” after it was missed off my order (I “tipped” the extra $6)

Meat was terrible, over half of it was fat and chewy. I will not be eating here again.
