I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding manager y’all have at this Subway She was absolutely on top of her game.
Despite a huge rush and a line out the door, she kept everything moving effortlessly calm, focused, and in control the entire time. That kind of work ethic is rare.
I believe her name was Regina, and let me tell you… Subway needs more managers like her. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and the way she ran that store.
Just wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves!

I stopped by Subway and had a great experience. Regina was fast friendly and very professional. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. I don’t even know why I come here at this point.
When I first walked in, 4 people were on the clock and standing around the counter eating (chips, cookies, something with marinara sauce)… cool. No problem. Just give me my online order. Well it wasn’t ready, again, no big deal, I’ll wait. I could tell there was a new person on the line so I gave the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited. The manager was right there so I was hoping the order would be done correctly… but alas. Here I am. Giving a one star review.

Now before I go into the sandwich, I want to say I worked at Subway before and know exactly how everything should be done…. and this wasn’t even close.

None of my sandwiches were toasted, all ingredient portions were either too much or barely anything there… but the worst part is that the bacon was very undercooked. It was not placed in the microwave OR the toaster but just thrown on the sandwich off of the line.

To solve this I am unsure what to do. I spent $40 on this food to possibly make me sick and I don’t think I can contact the manager because she is the one who allowed it to go out like that.
