Use to go here all the time and they were good. Now the last 2-3 times I’ve gone they have not had anything in stock. No doughnuts no munchkins nothing. I had order the app and for the first time they were able to give me a in store refund when I went today he had told me they cannot do that on their side. I asked where in the app I needed to go to cancel it he had no idea tried to show him on my phone no options for cancel he said I had to send a request form? I told him how last time they gave me a refund he basically said I lied and they don’t do that. Definitely won’t be going back there they have gone down hill. The one on Dixie is better. Recommend that one instead.

I placed a mobile order approximately 25 minutes before arriving at the store. When I walked in, there were no other customers inside, and several employees were standing behind the counter. However, my order had not yet been started. The pickup area only had printed tickets, and staff did not begin preparing my order until I approached the counter and gave my name.
After checking in, I waited an additional five minutes. None of the three drinks had been prepared, the donut was available and the substitution I had selected had not been addressed. Meanwhile, employees began assisting a walk-in customer even though my order had already been placed 30 minutes earlier.
Given that the purpose of mobile ordering is convenience and time efficiency, especially when on a tight schedule and given ample time, this was frustrating. I placed the order early because we were heading to a Disney on Ice show and needed to stay on time. Unfortunately, the delay defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
I ultimately cancelled the order and left.
I understand that stores can be busy, but in this case there were no customers waiting, and the order had ample lead time. I hope management reviews how mobile orders are handled so they are prepared as intended.
Since zero stars is not an option, I am leaving one star.

This location takes forevvvver! I order in advance online to be in and out, and still end up waiting 5-10 minutes for 2 coffees. Also this location needs a good cleaning. Corporate please come train on efficiency & cleanliness. Thx

I took my son and toddler grandson (3-year old that love Dunkin Munchkins) to Dunkin and waited at the counter for close to four minutes while the lady behind the counter was putting the magnetic tags identifying the donuts. She did not acknowledge us when we walked in the door (not a ‘hello, welcome to Dunkin and I’ll be right with you’ or anything remotely characterized to let us know she would be right with us). Another customer was seated and had his order and was enjoying it. It was 6:30am and they’d been open since 5am (if you believe the ‘Open’ hours and wonder why they’d not be prepared for customers at 6:30 am). The feeling we got was that if she continued to ignore us, we’d leave because she turned around a couple of times as we patiently waited. Finally, I asked my son if he wanted to go to another Dunkin. He said yes, so we left. I will go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin at 6365 Sashabaw Road, Clarkston, Michigan because of this. The worst part was my grandson was sad until we went to a different Dunkin.

I would give half of one star if it was an option. Got there at 0630 and the woman behind the counter was still putting up the display tags for donuts. We waited patiently at the counter and she never acknowledged us or asked if we wanted anything or even a simple, “Welcome to dunkin how can I help you?”. Zero customer service. There was another gentleman sitting down that had already been helped. The inside looked dirty like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, customer service and cleanliness of the store was non-existent. Will not be going back. Lack of standards and customer service is how franchise owner lose their businesses. Will not be going back and will happily drive to the location on Dixie highway instead.

The location is filthy with dirt caked along the walls and corners, coffee stains running down the wall high up on the wall near the bathroom. The bathroom is heavily stained and could use a very deep clean. Some of it is hard water stains which is hard to remove, but the rest of buildup over years.
Staff is consistently slow with several watching sport games on their phones instead of making your order.
After all of that, your order is correct about 50% of the time. Also, we order at least 15 minutes early because your order won’t be ready, even if there is no one there. Staff will be in the back chatting instead.
We now drive to Dixie Hwy or LO locations where the service is much better, places are clean, and the orders are timely and correct.

Horrible bathroom see attached photos.
Dust everywhere all over cups and above food prep areas. Unfortunately you can’t tell me it’s only one day of dust this is purely a neglected store.

The Drink was the worst I’ve had . It was made careless and tasted more like a water with some coffee flavor and a little flavor so little it was non-existent. Packed full of ice so half the drink you would get anywhere else. Again I know they fill the cup with ice but usually it’s not packed in the way this one was.
However the guy making the drink’s seemed to hate everyone walking in the store. And scowled while making drinks.

With several other options for coffee in a close enough vicinity that I would not ever support this store again.

Honestly idk how they could pass a health inspection. Food is to be taken seriously and any establishment not upholding standards needs to not receive our support. Because that’s your hard earned money they are stealing from you by not giving you a better experience.
