It’s a bummer when the wings are great but when you get home you notice they put your sauce underneath everything in the bag and it spills over everything. Unfortunately negligent. We tried calling to let them know probably wasn’t a good idea to put peoples sauce in the bottom of the bag but couldn’t get through to anyone. This has never happened in the past. Good training opportunity.

Come on guys…your saucy wings are your jam…don’t be sooo stingy on the sauce!!!!! My wings are basically just fried nuggets with a drizzle of sauce….definitely will not come back to this location again unless they get up to the usual Wing Stop standard I am used to…definitely a little let down on my lunch break

First time to try a real counter-type restaurant which was confusing at the start. Small restaurant and small seating area but it was clean and organized. Staff were friendly and did their best to provide a good service. We tried different flavours of chicken wings and really they were all tasted fantastic. I like the place.

Honestly I’m a big fan of wingstop and their food. However, their customer service is horrible. The lady that checked me out tonight was so entirely rude. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her by being there. If you hate your job get a different one. I wasn’t greeted when walking in the door (unlike other locations), no eye contact, and was very short and had an attitude the whole time. This doesn’t make customers want to visit Wingstop when they have horrible customer service.

Fries are very tasty, but wings all taste the same. Got the hottest flavor and didn’t even know which ones they were in the bag, they were so mild. Crazy.
As with BWWs, unless you go for the meal deals on the apps, the prices are wild. Definitely not a place I would dine in, either. BWW is still the undisputed franchise wing king, in my book.

Been to this location a few times. I can’t say the service is as bad as others have said in their reviews. They’re a counter-service restaurant and I don’t always get amazing service to begin with at those types of restaurants.
We ordered to eat-in and they still packed up all our stuff, as if they didn’t want us to stay.
The 15 pc wings could’ve been divided into two separate containers since there were two flavors but they decided to stack them on top of the other with a paper liner into one container. Annoying to eat. Especially since we were eating in without plates or trays.
The wings were good, hot, nice crunch and the tables were clean though.

Finally a location close to home…We stopped after doing our weekly Costco run on a Friday evening to get an order to go. We got there when it wasn’t too busy yet – placing our order (2) medium orders (8 boneless wings with side & small drink) and was told 25 / 30 mins. We waited by running next door to the pet shop & when we came back (after 20 mins) the place was packed. It took an additional 15 minutes beyond the time but it was worth the wait. I had the lemon pepper (my very favorite) and mild (buffalo sauce) with veggie sticks (didn’t want French fries to get saggy on the way home). I did get an order of Cajun Corn (small). It was well package for the less than 5 minute drive home…Got home and the chicken was great, the ranch yummy with veggie sticks and the cajun corn was still warm & had interesting flavor to where I would definitely order it again. Overall I am impressed and thankful that there is one closer to my home now! I will be back

Four tables. All filthy. If you walk in, they’ll handle 15 carry out orders before they serve you but won’t tell you it’s going to be an extended wait. Take out orders have to be double checked as they could include cold fries and missing items. We planned to eat at the tables outside thankfully. Our entire order had to be remade, after we waited almost 30 for one basket. Also, the men in the back of the house need to do something with their hair. It’s disgusting to watch a dude with long hair sauce wings in a bow with his 36” stringy hair dangling in front of it. Three men with long hair, pulled in a pony but VERY long. Should have nets . The one woman, had her long hair in a bun.

Food was decent. There was a small mess on the floor but that’s not a big deal. Order took a long time. Boneless wings were good but a bit too salty. Ranch was amazing. French fries could be a bit more crispy but were seasoned well. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Overall, I might still come to this location once in a while.
