I just have to say that this place is a very pleasant and fun atmosphere. My man muffin and I love playing pool and it can be hard to find a good pool place with good food. We were given a gift card there and thought we would try it out. Their staff was fun and very friendly. The food was delicious! I highly recommend their wings!! The pool tables were kept in very good order and even when we had an issue with my card they were quick to help me. I would highly recommend them for date nights and family nights.

This place has everything, great food, great service and a ton of things to do like playing pool, darts and the arcade games. Redemption even has options for adults to choose from. It’s fun for the whole family. They even offer gluten free options!! This place is a must visit!

Slow service food was burnt onion rings tasted like they were deep fried for years. You can see the oil on the onion ring in the photo. The burger patties tasted like turkey patties. The service was so slow we had to wait 30 minutes for three double patty burgers with onion rings and fries. Games were OK. Bunch of games are broken. Wanted to play basketball with my old friend, but I couldn’t. The ketchup bottle was empty, so I could hardly cover up the flavor of the turkey patties in the burger. I’d rather drive to frugals then come back to this depressing establishment.

We had our Christmas party there last night. The crew loved it the pool, and games for their kids. We all had a blast. Food was good too. There was a buffet there and everyone got enough to eat. Much more fun than I was expecting.

we got off on the wrong foot initially( i was in the wrong) and I was gonna give this place a terrible review, but the staff (assistant manager) did such a good job, trying to make everything nice that it completely changed my opinion of this place. The food is not the greatest in my opinion, but the pool hall looks really nice and it’s hard to keep arcade equipment in good condition.
One of the things I didn’t like was the air hockey puck is damaged and makes it not functional on the table. It’s a Super cheap and easy fix.

Great place to bring your kids for an hour while you get some adult time. The facility is very clean, staff is super friendly. The games are great and keep the kids entertained the whole time.

AMAZING, we looked at several locations to have our Christmas party. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT WOULD LET US DO PINATAS. Soooo much fun and perfect for the adults and kids. Everyone had such a wonderful time. They let us order a custom buffet. I am already planning for next year with Shannon and Bryan (Manager and Asst Manager.)

I’ve been coming here a lot and supporting this business, but I’ve never checked the bill until today. After paying, I gave them a cash tip, but I still didn’t understand why my bill was higher than expected. I went back and asked for a receipt, and they said parties of 5+ get charged a gratuity fee – but we were only 4 people!
And you charge by the hour, so why are you sneaking in extra gratuity charges? This happened twice before to my husband, and now it’s happened to me. Big red flag . To anyone using this service, please check your bill to avoid getting overcharged. I’ll be telling all my friends who’ve been here and everyone I know – don’t support this business. No good. Thanks.

Pizza was burnt and tasted like a box pizza from the grocery store @$13-$17ea got 3. The appetizer tray @$21 the mozzarella sticks weren’t melted and solid chuck of stick cheese. The lady helping us at the counter was polite and nice and doing her best for only one person at front. With the games I spent $50 for 210 game credits but the card doesn’t even receive all the tickets. Idk how you get 94 tickets on one game, than 78 than 67, and multiple times of 40 ticket and somehow only received 240 tickets downloaded into my card. The kids enjoyed and loved the time so if your going for kids great but to waste time don’t spend it on the arcade games or food.

Best place ever for a quick stop. Recommend not buying the cards per hour cause you don’t get prize tickets in the end. We had the place to ourselves on a Monday night. Burger was a huge patty and flavored well! Beer was good too. Kids had a great time.
