This place is a joke. I’ve come here multiple times since moving to Beloit and never had an issue until yesterday. I ordered my drink (toxic expresso) on the app, husband picked it up, and it tasted like it had no coffee in it. It just tasted like chocolate milk. Tried to call them and no one answered the phone. When we got there, the girls were laughing and joking around inside.. but can’t answer their phone? However, they remade it and it was perfect. Today, I ordered the same drink. Picked it up and not enough mocha, and no raspberry flavor. Had them remake it, tasted it, there was mocha and raspberry but no coffee. AGAIN like yesterday. I literally just wanted my coffee. We tried calling them to speak to the manager but no one answered, surprise! We didn’t wanna bother running back and forth again so I just wanted my money refunded. I should’ve went to Starbucks down the road. They messed up literally 3 times in a row. I will never come here again. Do better!!!

Went this morning to get drinks and breakfast and the worker was not very friendly over the speaker and cut us off. We then drove around and get our drinks and food and drive off. As we are putting straws in our drinks we see something in our refresher and open the lid to see what it is. There is a large fly floating at the top of the drink. I’m absolutely disgusted spent over $25 this morning and don’t feel comfortable eating or drinking our other drinks or eating the food.

This location is awesome! They have never screwed up my order. They are always nice and friendly. They care about their job and they care about the quality of their service. You can really tell that these girls are doing a fantastic job and they enjoy it. I love coming here and I love telling everyone else about this location forever will be a customer as long as those girls are working.

I am extremely disappointed with this new location, especially during the morning hours. While the convenience is appreciated by those who work and live in the area, the current level of service and food quality is a major letdown.
The counter service is atrocious. Staff will let you stand at the counter for an eternity without so much as acknowledging your presence, while they continuously prioritize and take drive-through orders. When I’ve tried to ask about the status of an order, I’m met with a snappy response or am just completely ignored.
This lack of attention seems to translate to the kitchen as well. Orders are frequently incorrect and take forever to come out, often arriving cold or simply made wrong. The food is never consistent. I’ve also noticed that the display racks are always messy.
Based on my repeated experiences, and what appears to be a common sentiment in other reviews, I believe leadership and management need to put immediate effort into improving service levels and consistency at this location. It’s a major disappointment to the brand it represents. This place urgently needs a new manager or a complete operational overhaul.

This place is a joke, constantly messing things up, “not having” things in stock so having to substitute, serving several guests over the course of 20 minutes to bring my order out just to not make my drinks, and not to mention the sandwiches are massively overpriced for what they are. Also the bagels taste like burnt bread, was forced to eat that today. TERRIBLE!

Awful, the cashier was insanely rude, came in at 9 so I thought they’d have donuts. So I ask for a blueberry donut and she gestures with her hand to the rack “see no donuts” like ? Ok I guess, and then started talking about the drive thru people getting diabetes for wanting to buy a donut. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and it makes you not want to go there anymore, I’ve tried to speak to someone over 6 times, my calls have just gone straight to voicemail every time.

Everyone is very nice every time I go in. My drink and food are made the same every time I go in, and if you have ever gone to get food and / or coffee allot, you know that is rare.
There was however 1 time they made my drinknwl wish Splenda, BUT that was more due to other Dunken’s not doing things correctly. I had someone get me a nitro brew, and I had them say ” With grain sugar and hazelnut flavor.”
I say it like this because I was told at another location that they use the shugar syrup normally, and I HATE it when they use that. But when I called in to tell them they used raw shugar and not the normal white shugar, they were nice and explained everything and Saif they would let everyone know the normal shugar to use IS the white normal shugar. (Now if they did or not I don’t know, but I went in and got a free drink for the mess up, and they where very nice about it)
On top of that while it is very new it is still quite clean and put together. The ONLY thing I can say (and this is personal preference) is that the drink station where the sugar and straws are is right infront of the door. So when people come in you have to move and if somone is waiting for there order you stand right where it is as well. So it is a bit cramped. But the only time that was a BIG issue was when I was there on ribbon cutting day lol.

Horrible experience today. A loved one door dashed me food and it was absolutely disgusting!! Drink was bitter and bacon didn’t even look cooked the pic does it justice. Will not be going to that location ever again.
