The worst Tim Hortons ive ever been to. I went to this tim hortons about 6:50am I was on the way to work and I wanted some quick breakfast. I went in and immediately was not welcomed no good mornings or anything you could completely tell they hate their jobs. I still ordered because i am an understanding person and maybe theyre not a morning person. I got my order taken and my food came out super cold I ordered a bagel bacon egg and cheese. I still at that point just accepted it and heated up my sandwich at work. Once im like 2 bites in I literally notice like hair and lint all in my sandwich.. as if it was dropped and then still served. I attached the photo, it wont allow me to attach the video but just disgusted entirely with the food and the service

I ordered a Tim Boost today and what I got was a half-empty cup. If this is the standard now, it’s embarrassing. For a $5+ “premium”

I go to this location everyday because it is in a good location for me. I order an Iced caramel coffee 4 by 4. A couple people have excellent costumer service. They are a main reason i came back. They always make the drink well and are nice. Because they don’t work everyday the other days that i go the rest of the staff is incompetent and rude.
Sometimes they don’t put sugar or creamer at all and a splash of Carmel when I order a large. They put granulated sugar so when you drink it you can feel it all in your mouth.
The reason why i am writing this is because they made my drink wrong and i went i talked to them about it. Theres a guy named Alex and he was rude on the speaker. I spoke to a girl with long brown hair and she got in her feelings and slammed the window mid sentence. I was not even rude. Most of the time this is how she is. Lastly, i talked to the manager who did not have anything to say even though she told me they have to use liquid sugar. She also allows her staff to bring their baby and work at the window while the girl with brown hair is holding him and making drinks? (Have seen this more than a few times).
I dont know how that is safe. Anyway, i would not come here at all.
The people that dont work well and always do things wrong are the brown haired girl+ her significant other, alex,a younger girl with piercings on her face with curly hair, and lastly the manager with a piercing above her lip who seems to tell me different things than her staff. She also blames different people and does not talk to the people who are not doing their job right.

3 stars because they are fast and sometimes on point. But this is the most inconsistent location. I go one to 2 times a week and order the same thing. The price is always different, the size is sometimes different, and half of the time my order is wrong.

When we go for a drive-through, we are expecting good food in our bag once we are home. And what if we are getting this instead – burned croissant.

I never write reviews but the last FIVE times I have ordered from this store it is wrong and something different. Ordered a $10 sausage egg and cheese bagel on DoorDash and received two bagels, both with only sausage. So disappointed save yourself and go to ANY other Tim hortons than this. I only order in the morning so not sure if it’s the staff then or store itself

Some of the employees are super rude. And this morning I had I hoped an overcooked egg. Although it looks more like mold to me now. I tried calling and of course nobody answers. Posting to the Powell bubble next so nobody eats this and gets sick.

Unfortunately the service was disappointing and leaned toward the rude side. I had to ask for my receipt. Our hash browns were cold and my bagel, while I did request double toasted, was charred and not edible. Not sure I would return for anything beyond the Timbits or doughnuts using the drive through only.
