I ordered via DoorDash and had a great experience. Pizza was cooked properly and toppings were plenty. I don’t see a problem with them charging extra for condiments, it’s frustrating that there are one star reviews because of this. I also ordered chicken wings, which I don’t recommend but, I’ll be back for the pizza!

I order pizza every few months and get hand tossed with extra olives and peppers on the supreme. The “hand tossed” crust is SUPER thin and today, it wasn’t even fully cooked and was luke warm at best. The extra toppings are typically only put on a few pieces while the rest of the pizza is just cheese and meat with no toppings, on a SUPREME. This pizza is very expensive for what it is and I will not be ordering from this location again and maybe not from Papa Johns at all.

I have been ordering Papa John’s for years they tried to charge me 10 cents per pack for Parmesan cheese and crush red pepper. I wonder why the guy gave me a hand full! The packs would have cost enough to get another pizza. Terrible! Pizza Hut it is from here on out! Won’t see me again at Papa John’s!

Just found out they charge 99 cents for parmesean and red pepper packets. Been ordering pizza for 30 years and never had to pay extra for this. The gm told me they owned by a corporation and didn’t have the contact info to complain. I won’t be back

Absolute trash. Felt sick after eating it. Just as other reviews said the service is awful. Staff was just talking to themselves and don’t acknowledge the customer. The quality of ingredients and taste has been noticeably worse. I’m done w/ Papa John’s.

4 stars over all and 3 stars on service because this location doesn’t offer the curbside pick up and when I carry out its a hassle to stop here and unload 2 babies to run in and grab a pizza. I tend to drive further to the Prosper location because they have the curbside pick up.
