I don’t write reviews ever but this one was ridiculous. Ordered online 2 subs 30 minutes before showing up, I got there and it was empty with two workers – one I believe was in training. They messed up both of the sandwiches (didn’t realize til I got home), that they had an efficient amount of time to make . I asked if I could grab my drink and the lady argued with me stating I didn’t pay for it when it showed on my receipt, she looked on it and said no you didn’t order one and I can tell she didn’t actually read it . She messed up the other man’s order as well , they refused to sell him the same saying he didn’t pay for the drink . I understand it’s stressful , but instead of arguing with us , resolve the problem.

Terrible experience. Our sandwiches have very little meat on them & then when we went to pay we were told the coupon couldn’t be used because its expired and his manager said he cant.. there’s no manager there. The coupon says expires 11/30, so I should be able to use it till the end of the day. The food was poor and so was the experience. Money back would be nice, but since that won’t happen- we will NOT be back. Dont waste your time or money here!

Today was my first time visiting the subway on Springfield because I recently moved to the West end of Rockford. I am typically a Jimmy John type of person but because I like to patronize the businesses in the community I decided to go in after receiving a coupon in the mail 2 footlongs for $13.99 when I got into the store I left the owner know that I would be using the coupon she took my order I noticed that the produce was not fresh so I asked her did she have any other produce in the bag that she can make my sandwich with? It appeared to have mold on the spinach. Her reasoning for the mold was because that is how package veggies come. But that wasn’t the reason why I gave them a one star. I gave them a one star because when it came time for my daughter to place her order. Who by the way is a minor when I stepped in to help my daughter pick the type of bread that she wanted. The owner informed me that she was talking to my child and not me and I had to let her know that she is a minor who does not patronize Subway that often and she was unaware of the type of bread that they had within the store so I was just helping her out. Only then did she soften her tone and decide to help but she was rude from the time that we went came in until the time that we left and again the food as far as the produce was not fresh at all

So everything on the receipt is right, but somehow they still gave me the complete opposite. Ordered a footlong and got a 6″. Then I ordered nacho cheese Doritos and they took it upon themselves to send me whatever the hell that is for chips. Only thing they got right was the pop. Everything was right on the receipt how did y’all mess that up?!

I asked for 3 sandwiches. Two of those images were going to be ordered by my children. They are young, but they are old enough to be learning how to communicate correctly within social situations that will become a norm in their life. Such as check out… And ordering a food. With one of my children when they asked for white bread , they told her white bread doesn’t exist to subway. Because she didn’t say French or Italian…Whatever they call it.. I didn’t say anything.I didn’t like it , and I corrected him pretty immediately , but at that point now i’m watching him…. My son , who is autistic , also started his order by requesting the white bread. Again , this person looked directly at my son and said they don’t offer white bread. This is minutes after I have had this interaction between him and my daughter. I didn’t like that. I definitely came across as jaded but I really don’t care…. These are younger children , not kids but young teens that you are treating , like idiots for no reason… You know exactly what they meant when they said white bread…. I do not understand why people like this.Choose to work in service. The sandwiches were five out of ten…at best. They were saggy cause he didn’t build them correctly.The whole experience was a mess but that’s just this time. I’m going to end this by saying I have been to the subway before and have no problems but I have only been there…Twice.
First time? Totally fine. Second time? YOU couldn’t PAY ME to go BACK…

The gentleman named Jason is extremely rude. This is not the first time that I’ve experienced this gentleman being rude to me or my fiance while inside of the store. But I am taking to Google review because this time is very awful. I simply asked for a 6-in chicken teriyaki sandwich on white with pepper jack cheese. Now it is custom to ask if we want it toasted or not. He did not ask me and as I cannot see over the counter he started making my sandwich and I said I don’t want it toasted. He had immediately said sir let’s have a good day and got super defensive and angry and started talking crap to me as a customer. This gentleman swore at me called me a crybaby and was extremely extremely unprofessional. I have a receipt for the time that I was in the store and would like to be contacted by a manager because just now I was told there is no manager and will not be a manager in anytime soon. But I also have several videos that I took of this gentleman and told him I was taking a video and he told me to never come back again and I told him when I show the Manager and tik tok how this gentleman acts while behind that counter. I am very sure that they are going to fire this gentleman because he does feel privileged enough to treat people. However he wants and to tell them to not come back after he does so. I asked the other lady working to make my sandwich because I felt uncomfortable with him touching my food at that point. The entire time the gentleman is in the back swearing and talking extremely vile.

The employee was ridiculously rude to my husband. I sent him to pick up the food as I was home caring for our child. I did a mobile order. She gave him the incorrect drinks and expired chips. Our sandwiches were made with no care at all. The only thing made correctly was my sons food. Thank god.

Someone used my account and placed an order at the store I called and they said they couldn’t help me that I could Google customer service tried doing that and there is no phone number so there’s no way I can get back my money that somebody scammed me on. I don’t even live in the state and I’m very disappointed with this store in particular, but in subway in general.

I come here maybe about twice a week but perfectly time it when the older lady with the tattoos, younger woman maybe Mexican, and guy with the hair wrap are there. Legitimately the only ones who can get it right. Perfect amount of veggies every time and they actually properly wear gloves, keep their hair up, and actually cut the sandwiches closed. The owner absolutely sucks. No idea how she was able to get food safety certification because she almost NEVER wears gloves, has her hair down with no hair covering, and not to mention she doesn’t bother cleaning or switching out knifes before cutting a sandwich. She’s also extremely lazy with portions and gave me 2 tomato slices on the entire footlong numerous times. She also doesn’t know how to properly cut a sandwich as every time she does she leaves them open thus causing everything to fall out. She’s extremely rude and doesn’t know how to do her job and hires people that shouldn’t be working there other than the ones I described.
