Just like a Krispy Kreme donut, Only good when it’s hot. I Love a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and an order of crazy bread. There are no tables here. It’s carry out. So you end up eating it in your car while it’s still hot, to enjoy it at it’s best.

The sense of urgency is clearly not present at this location. I placed an order at 4:12 pm on Friday 01/23/2026 and I’ve waited over an hour for the order. The app is updating the status and according to the app my pizza is in the oven and has been since 4:44pm. I will not be back to this location and possibly not back to a little Caesar’s again after this experience. This has been my son’s favorite pizza for a long time and I’ll be telling him he will have to choose a new favorite.

What a clown show. 2 maybe 3 workers. At least 15 people in line. We ordered the night before for a birthday party at 2pm today, get there and the food is nowhere near ready or even started for that matter. Worker at front counter barely spoke English. Manager came to talk to people at least 4 of us I know of got refunds. Manager was rude and slow. Other workers were slow. To have that many people requesting refunds at one time and none of the pre ordered food ready is embarrassing and asinine. Obviously don’t care about peoples time or money. Do better.

I enjoy little Caesars I just don’t think this location cares about the quality. I mistakenly assumed them to be closed at 11 but they closed at 10. I came and placed an order 9:43 and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I don’t expect the best but at least what’s supposed to be. This is a rolled piece of dough with a few pieces of cheese and bacon on top. When I went back because they were already closed by the time I had seen my order I came the next day and I do understand the policy but I asked for a refund or a remake and I get the one that’s been sitting by the counter.. so I didn’t get either the cheese isn’t even melted on the inside. By far one of the worst times I’ve ordered. I definitely will not come again and do not recommend this location.

Called in, placed a to go order, staff told me our meal would be done in about 11 minutes, this was after having a minor communication breakdown over the phone. Got there 10 minutes late, and my food still wasn’t ready. Had to wait almost 20 extra minutes for the staff to gather all of our food. They circled the store for ten minutes, looking for a pack of pizza puffs that we ordered. They finally decided it was best to make a fresh four pack. My original order included 2 2liters. I retrieved a third two liter, and four sauce containers. When asked why my total was $12, they told me they charged me for four 2 liters. It was a mess. Food was okay ish.

I ordered a Pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. I ran to get gas, and came back and people who were there after I got there received their order.
I sat and watched them open and close a pizza box several times and moved it around for at least 10 mins.
Then I was given that same pizza and it was cold and the cheese was already starting to get cold.
I’m not sure who runs this place, but Little Ceasers needs to be a better job with this location.
It’s dirty, and ran by a bunch of kids who do not care about customers or providing great service.

This is one of the best Little Ceasars around here. One reason being that they’re not so frugal with their toppings like many other pizza establishments. Another reason being that the employees treat you nice here, and they make you feel like you’re not just another number. I’ll definitely be coming back here for sure, and probably even go out of my way to go to this one because the service is so great.

I had the WORST experience through Doordash and the app. But BELLA was INCREDIBLE. She made everything right and saved our holiday evening. That woman cares about her job, team, and brand. Cannot recommend talking to her or this store enough.

Pre-ordered 5 crazy bread. Waited 10 minutes after email said it was ready. No one created me or the 6 people who walked in behind me. No sauce so had to ask and wait longer. Bread was raw and rolled in a ball and sauce was ice cold. No flavor, no cheese, no garlic. $23 down the drain and no one to complain to since no one speaks English. Will not be back. Should have paid with credit card so I could dispute. Disgusting.
