If I could give you zero stars I would. First of all, I ordered subway through door dash because my car is in the shop. Not only did they screw up my sandwich so much that it’s going in the trash, I called the store four times to try to speak with someone and they didn’t answer. I even gave it some time between the last two phone calls in case they were busy.
Aside from the fact they smothered it in mayo, which makes me want to vomit, they added a few different vegetables that I didn’t ask for- red onion, jalapeños and tomatoes
Clearly they don’t care.

I ordered food, tried to cancel my order. They give you no option to cancel it online. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. Practically got robbed.

I was here this afternoon (1230pm) and I was super impressed by the cashier (long brown hair) There was the most difficult and rudest customer in front of me and the cashier was beyond patient and gave the customer so much grace. She went above and beyond because this customer treated her terribly. So thank you Subway Hamilton for hiring customer first focused employees. Kudos to her!

The young kid that made my sandwich was very rude. I could not hear what he said and asked him what and he snapped at me. I don’t care if you are having a rough day you still need to be pleasant to your customers.

I doordash and there bags suck and keep breaking I keep asking them to put the sandwiches and other items in a bigger bag but they refuse and as a result these bags keep dropping food

Ordered 3 meatball marinaras online at 8:50 and pick up was set for 20 minutes. Everything went through with no problems. We got to Subway at 9:06 (they’re usually a bit behind with online orders), walked in, and asked for our order and they said “sorry, we don’t have any meatballs- we can refund you.” They didn’t call when we made the order, and didn’t call in the 20 minutes we waited- nothing. Let us drive all the way down there and miss closing time on all the other resteraunts and fast food places we could’ve ordered from instead. Needless to say, we’re now eating microwavable burritos because it was too late to find anything else.
