Do not eat at this Wendy’s. The counter they bag food on is ice cold because they have an industrial AC unit in the waiting room pointed directly at it, and they leave pickup and delivery orders sitting there in direct blast while waiting for them to be picked up. And anyone can walk up and grab delivery orders without confirming they have the right one.

I know shrinkflation has been a thing for years, but come on. I got only their “premium” spicy chicken sandwich and it costs $5.99+tax and you get a paper-thin patty.
I used to order these all the time when I was in high school and the chicken patty was thiccc back then.
I got nothing against the staff or location, but the corporation is getting greedy. I rarely eat fast food and when I do I like to go to the chains I actually enjoy. But my girl Wendy is playing.

My husband, daughter, and I got the party bucket of nuggets, 2 baked potatoes, a med. fry, and 3 drinks. The baked potatoes were fresh, as well as the nuggets and fries. The service was great.

Stopped in here for a quick bite of dinner last night. Staff was friendly but service seemed slow. Wasn’t given any crackers or hot sauce with chilli and waited for over 3 minutes for someone to assist me as they aren’t available on the counter to grab. The frostycinno while usually delicious just was subpar last night. Lacked the frosty flavor I was looking for.
Honestly would have given it a two start last night if the staff weren’t at least polite and friendly. Even if slow.
