Ordered pizza and garlic knots for delivery. The pizza was soggy, all the toppings falling off when i picked up a slice. The garlic knots were leaking all over everything, causing an oily mess seeping through both boxes. The side orders of Pepperoncini were haphazardly thrown in the box when they’re usually given wrapped in tin foil ots.

If you want to eat raw food this is your place. I was called by the general manager and told I had credits on my account and I would have to call to order to use them. I just called to use them Eddie answered and was less than helpful told me I wouldn’t be able to order unless she was there because there wasn’t a note on my account at all. Absolutely terrible customer service, and terrible pizza.

Was impressed actually with Papa John’s giant cookie. It kind of had it all, gooey but crisp on outside corners and fairly filled with chocolate chips. It inspired me to try their pizza again sometime since it’s been many years, but I’m betting should prob stay with their cookie

I have ordered delivery from this location about 20-30 times most times are normal, good pizza, I like the garlic dip. But several times my pizza has come and been a massive mess in the corner of the box… It once took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive, I had to call them and they told me it had just been sitting on the shelf, they sent it out and it came smashed up and ice cold. Tonight I received my pizza all messed up again, this will probably be my last time ordering from Papa Johns.
