We had the most excellent meal at Fleeting while celebrating our birthdays on a girls trip! Our server, Maria, made the experience even more incredible! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendation to share a couple entrees and side were perfect. We had the ribeye and pork chop and both excellent. The sides were just as good, if not better. She even surprised us with a birthday dessert. 10/10. I will absolutely be back. Bar Julien upstairs is also decorated for Christmas right now and is a must see! Stunning

We had brunch at the Fleeting Restaurant and I had the bruleed French toast. I don’t even like French toast and I typically prefer savory breakfasts and I’m STILL thinking about this days later. They made it for me for fruit forward rather than traditional coffee but I’m sure it’s great anyway. The top of the toast was just like the top of crème brûlée with the crispy sugar topping. Just divine, fluffy, and not too sweet.

Service and atmosphere was awesome too!

Fleeting was an amazing experience. The steak was absolutely brutal in the best way possible perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The pasta was incredibly soft and smooth, just delicious. Everything we tried was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Making a reservation is highly recommended, especially for brunch. The live music makes the Sunday morning experience truly noteworthy. While the breakfast and brunch menu is selective, the coffee is excellent and the service is very good. It is a convenient choice for anyone staying at the Thompson hotel, and for those visiting from elsewhere, free valet parking is available.

I had a fantastic evening at Fleeting for the Eric Wareheim Steakhouse night. The food, service, everything was done with care and detail. This place is one of the best dining experiences you’ll find in Savannah. It’s top on my list of places to go when I’m in town.

The Fleeting helped
me celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday. They even provided some tasty goodies “on the house!” We had the braised rubs which were delicious. Topped it off with the best chocolate mousse I’ve ever had. The staff was professional and cordial. I really appreciated the nice touch. The ambiance and location is perfect. Next time we are in Savannah, we will definitely stop in and so should you!

Such a great Jazz Brunch! The guitarist was amazing. The music was low enough you could talk, but loud enough you could hear it. The espresso french toast was MMM, chef’s kiss! So good! We made a reservation ahead of time but it was pretty slow for a Sunday.

Stayed at the Thompson hotel close to Christmas on a drive down south from DC and arrived just in time to get food here. The staff was very friendly, polite, and accommodating for a single individual about 45 minutes from closing. I ordered the raw and baked oysters as well as the steak tartare. The oysters were dynamite and the steak tartare was prepared in a way I haven’t seen elsewhere. They gave me a single beer on the house out of sheer generosity and that set the tone for my night stay at the hotel, just A+ all around. If I end up staying here again on my next drive south I will for sure grab another bite to eat here!

This was our 1st time eating at Fleeting and I was celebrating my birthday. The food was excellent and impressed this long time foodie when I didn’t have to add salt to the lamb. In 38 yrs of living in HHI and SAV area I’ve never had lambchops that were this flavorful and not coated in tons of Rosemary. Our server, Maria, is one of the friendliest, and most knowledgeable server I have seen in a long time. We would definitely ask for her on our next visit! Side note: If you like Steak Tartar, theirs is delectable and needed no additional seasoning as well. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed!
