Placed an order for a small pizza, pepperoni bites with dipping sauce and a burger. Cost was over $60, only 1 item showed up…a burnt large pizza with nothing else. Called the restaurant and they said maybe someone else got your order, it is Skip problem. Even told her that it was the wrong size pizza!! Did not try to rectify the situation. A friend a referred us to this “amazing” place. Will not order from this unprofessional business again. Horrible.

This is the original version of the greatest pizza recipe of all time. When I was a young boy growing up in the Soo everyone knew Aurora’s pizza was the best pizza ever made and that’s comparing it to the other amazing Italian restaurants that Sault Ste Marie offers. Mrs B was the same recipe and the one downtown was a staple of every pizza lover’s for years.
I was disappointed when I ordered from Auroras East side and the pizza was nothing like the original recipe. It was terrible. I don’t make it to the Soo often so I was pumped when I tried this location and it was the same as the original recipe. The pepperoni was the same, curled and browned on top of good quality cheese on home made dough. This is the best Italian pizza in the city.
I lied about the atmosphere, it sucked as the workers are always busy making pizzas. It has the feel of a busy pizza stand in New York where no one cares about the atmosphere or staying, they just come for the Zzaah. It’s like magic this sauce can transform a bad day into a good one. You need to try this recipe and hidden Gem of Sault.Ste.Marie. I have heard of people having this pizza delivered to B.C for a special occasion.

I am not sure if this is under a new owner but this is how places close we have been ordering for many years and now with the way things are we stopped ordering from other places and we are going to stop ordering from you. the service sucks we ordered a L pizza and it wasn’t even cooked and tasted horrible we had this happen 3 times in a row the person asnwering the phone can’t even speak English and doesn’t understand customer service. people want to have a place they can order from without issues everytime they order when you want to be lazy after a long day of work and don’t want to cook you just want to order out and not have this many issues. this was the last time! I wish this company all the best but you have turned me to different places. just sad

My friend is from the Soo and always raves about this place. So I had to try it when I was there. Unfortunately the pizza didn’t match the high expectations that he built up in me. The pizza was decent but it’s too doughy for me. If you’re into that, you’ll probably love it.

I understand how busy you are on a Friday night. I also didnt appreciate the tone of the guy who ook my order. I believe his words were “Anything elsr, theres still more on the menu..” We waited over an hour for pizza and wings and the quality of the food has went downhill. The pizza had barely any sauce or cheese and the crust was so hard to chew. It was horrible. And those wings weren’t any better. They were over cooked and had zero flavor. I will not be buying from this establishment ever again.$88 for low budget food and service is unacceptable

We ordered pizza and wings online and paid with credit card, about $57. A notice comes up “oops your order has been missed…” with possible excuse of being so busy! This amount will be held a few days and then reimbursement is issued automatically.
I don’t know if this Chris Soltys is a new owner but his emails sure didn’t sound like the owner we have been so accustomed to dealing with. Either way, extremely rude, and no concept of customer service. Something like “we’re only human and make mistakes”. This does not fly with me, missing the order, making excuses, and holding funds with no product or service provided.

Late this evening my girlfriend and I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks , first of all there was no marinara sauce in sight , second the pizza was not even cut so after paying the arm and a leg price of seven dollars for delivery I had to drive back and get the sauce myself .. got back home to cut the un cut pizza also to realize the pizza was not even cooked so I am now cooking the pizza at home I am disappointed with this purchase

I went to High School in the Soo, had Mrs Bs pizza and always loved it.
After almost 30 years of not having it, I thought for nostalgic sake I should try it again while I was there last week for a visit.
After all these years it didn’t disappoint. Pizza was still rectangular, a bit of sweetness to the crust. It was less greasy than what I remembered. But still really good and worth the wait.
Staff worked hard, one guy seemed annoyed I was taking photos, but really it was for this review.
