We tried Amba for breakfast and the cafe was not very busy on a weekday, but had nice atmosphere and was clean and decorated nicely.
I ordered the breakfast pita and added lamb sausage and we also tried the spinach bureka.
Both were really good the bureka had a lot of cheese and was heated for us. The pita had really good and unique flavours (garlic and herbs) but still tasted like a hearty breakfast sandwich. The lamb sausage was seasoned generously and the pita was fluffy and soft. My only caveat is I would probably prefer their lunchtime offerings – with more vegetables – as these were a tad salty. There might be better breakfast items but I didn’t try those yet!

Wings are amazing… A unique recipe that really hits the spot. Fries came out more perfect than most restaurant fries. The server could tell it was my first time and she was incredibly helpful. And, since I’m jetlagged, beer at 10:30am was very much appreciated. I will be back and I definitely recommend!

Excellent eggplant pita! The rest of our food was good too, but the chicken eaters among me said the chicken was on the dry side. I wish I had read more reviews in advance mentioning the large portions; they really were huge, and we over-ordered and ended up throwing food away, which was a bummer. We should have split a couple things – that would have been enough for two adults and two tween-aged kids. The sesame tahini cookie was excellent; definitely get one of those if you’re considering it.

Delicious and fresh! The service was friendly and fast. I had the hummus bowl with chicken shawarma. So flavorful and satisfying. The pita was perfectly soft. Would definitely eat here again!

Googled this spot for a late lunch. I was surprised at the leveled up atmosphere for a cafe with no table service. I really appreciated the open kitchen and dining experience. Ordering was easy, lots to choose from for apps, entrees, sides and drinks. I wanted to order the rotisserie chicken but since they have lots of other choices besides chicken I went for the lamb burger. DELICIOUS ‼️✨
Highly recommend the spices pomegranate lemonade, it’s not you average lemonade. Spicy, chilled and delicious. The shawarma fries is a great go to snack to enjoy with any drink. Pita bread was fresh. I liked that the food here is served on beautiful dinnerware with real silverware a level up!!

The rotisserie chicken meal is an incredible and tasty deal. For $40, you get a whole chicken, 2 sides and pita with dips and mezzes. Everything was wonderful, chicken was moist, roasted cauliflower had great seasoning. I would definitely come back again.

Happy I found this place! Seems like an ideal spot for coffee shop wfh days, weekend brunch, as well as coffee or lunch meetings.

On my next visit, I’ll get the pita on the side with the fillings separate or try one of the rotisserie chicken dishes.

The food is fresh and delicious. I’ll have to go back and try more next time! The staff are kind and service is great. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.

The food here is really fresh and good! Super tasty and flavorful! It’s also healthy which is a bonus! I would go back here again. I was craving a cheeseburger but usually they are super heavy and greasy. I got the cheeseburger Pita and it was soo good! Every bite was delicious and it felt light! Also the fries were amazing! However, I wish they added some more sauce to my fries! They are a bit stingy with the sauce.
