This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to for a bagel. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato on an everything bagel. There was no lettuce and tomato and the ham is all fat. It must be the cheapest ham they could possibly buy. The bagel only had seasoning on the very top and it was very spotty. It was truly disgusting. I threw it away.

I love the bagels here I get them all the time. The only reason I am giving the food 2 stars is because of the portion size of fries that I just received. I asked for a side of fries and that side of fries is almost $5. I should not be receiving a handful of fries for this price.doesn’t even fill up the bottom of the takeout box. It’s really sad.

This is the first and last time I will be visiting this establishment. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. Well, there was no lettuce and tomato on the sandwich and the ham was so fatty. I had to take it out of the sandwich it was disgusting. The bagel had no taste. How in the world can they charge 11 $12 for the sandwich? I will never be back here it was totally disgusting.

I will not be coming back here again , Just the look of my breakfast which wasn’t very appetizing is enough in itself. However, the bagel was hard and bland, lack of egg and cheese, but the bacon was decent , over all it was not a satisfying experience .

I walked in this morning to a very nice guy who promptly took my order. Did everything right, but while checking out someone (who I assume is the owner) walked out, said hi, and started looking at the bagels. The employee announced “two jalapeños” and the lady just stared at him like he just committed a crime. “…please? Sorry” he continued. “I wasn’t here for you, I was looking at the bagels but I’ll get them” She replied. She again apologized and said he’ll go take care of the rest of what he was working on— I think taking the garbage out but I don’t remember— then she continued to berate him: “uhh complete this order first!” He did, obviously— I had already paid and we were both watching her look like an ass. He confirmed he finished the order but she double checked because of her bruised ego and sure enough, he had done everything right. But, that didn’t stop her from continuing to berate him by telling him “there’s so many void orders in the system because you guys just constantly walk away without cashing people out!” The lectures continued out of earshot as they walked toward the back.
Good food, friendly staff, but that interaction was disgusting and the owner/manager should be ashamed of herself. Let your employees just do their job without you needing to micromanage and feel important. Literally contributed nothing to that interaction.

Im a regular customer and for the past 3 months or so 8 out of 10 order come out wrong or just not made right. I give them the opportunity to fix it and improve but today i had enough. I ordered a Italian sandwich and the lady tell me that she forgot to put cheese so i let it slide but when i open the sandwich the bread was hard and old .i ask to be redone on a bagel and they just throw the inside of my sandwich on the bagel again not even the cheese.. horrible service

New to area and was told about this bagel place and it definitely lived up to the word of mouth!!! I had the Farmhouse sandwich on an everything bagel and is was delish!!! The everything seasoning wasn’t over bearing like some places and the bagel itself was nice n soft. Wife had a BEC on a plain and she was definitely happy! They have a wide variety of bagels including a new Pickle bagel. Also hv coffee’s, Tea and other beverages. They have other breakfast items and sandwiches. Don’t forget to grab a muffin!! Atmosphere is great and the staff is extremely friendly!! Worth a stop by and we will be back!!

LOVE this place! Today was my 2nd time coming to Bagelicious, both times I’ve gotten bagels to go.
My personal fave is a bael with lox spread (or lox shmear), where the lox are mixed in with the cream cheese. Bagelicious doesn’t have lox spread, so I got a traditional fully dressed lox bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomato, onion and capers. This was the best fully dressed lox bagel I’ve ever had! I’ve never really liked it before, but today’s was AMAZING!
Wife also likes her bagels toasted with a small amount of cream cheese and they do a great job with that for her as well.
The staff is also always so pleasant and efficient. Cannot recommend this place enough!

My grandmother took me out this morning to her local bagel spot. Wanted something simple. Ordered a toasted everything bagel with extra butter. (On the left) I politely sent it back to get slightly toasted. The employee offered to make me another one. Got the new bagel and it looked like this. (On the right) Just slabbed the butter on it and call it a day Lol 0/10. I don’t know how my grandmother comes here

After going to two different bagel places this morning and leaving, I ended up at Bagelicious. I walked in the door and was greeted immediately with a smiling face asking me how my day was going. There was at least 12 different bagel flavors and seven different types of cream cheese including Cajun cheddar and veggie. I got my order quickly and left. The other two locations that I started my day at had only two cream cheese flavors and couldn’t have cared less that I was there, in fact they seemed annoyed. I won’t get into details or name establishments but feel that Bagelicious deserves a Thank you. I will be back!
