Love getting pizza here but they never answer the phone. Came in person to place an order since they didn’t pick up. The 25 minute wait I had for the pizzas, no one answered the phone.

This is disgusting. I ordered regular crust, this is unlike anything I’ve ever gotten from there and I order the same every time. I called and was told that’s just how they are sometimes depending on who makes the dough in the morning and nothing could be done. No apology, no cares, and apparently no quality control.

Wednesday 28th 7:30 pm.
For starters the restaurant seems to be in need of a deep cleaning. Staff not so friendly. After dining in (40 min later), requested out to go order that they forgot to make. Excuse – we were to busy. No sir, you just forgot. Busy with one other table in restaurant, and haven’t heard the phone ring at all, and talking /texting on personal device in back that I can clearly see.
When food was served how do you expect us to eat it….? No plates we’ve.
The staff has no personality .
Secondly- if you like eating greasy pizza this for you . It’s like drinking oil straight from the bottle .

They did not make the pizza right the first time and forgot my ranch dressing, but they made up for it by remaking the pizza and delivering it to me with my ranch. The pizza was excellent and was the best you can get in the city of Salinas, CA. Service was outstanding and they did everything possible to make the customer happy without any complaining. Great job everyone! Thank you!!

I’m not a fan of pizza, but every now and then I get a craving and round table was the place. I ordered an Apollo and I asked for extra tomato sauce which I did not get. In fact it tasted and looked like there was none at all and so the whole pizza experience is going to be my last. Did I go back and give a tip like I usually do, no no I didn’t. A shout out to the clerk that helped me you’re wonderful you’re gorgeous very customer orientated however I do know you’re the one that made my pizza.

Normally my goto pizza place. Today I got a pizza that tasted nothing like it should have, missing some ingredients, dry crust, etc. Hopefully this is a fluke, but for the cost I expect it tasting the same every time.
Informed the store, hopefully they can fix whatever went wrong in the future.

Employees don’t give a $#it. I go there maybe twice per year. They have screwed up my order several time. I ask for extra sauce and get hardly any sauce and extra cheese. Nearly every time. Of all the times I mentioned it, I have never received an offer to fix the order, let alone an apology. All Round Tables are the same. They do not value customer service. Pizza is pretty expensive and extremely easy to make, which makes it especially frustrating. My suggestion – do not give these people your business. They need to get it together.
