Lay is the best! She is very knowledgeable and very good customer service! However, upon opening my food my sandwich had bacon all over it and I Do Not eat Bacon!!!!!
Neither did I ask for bacon. I had to pick out all the bacon as I was at the salon getting my hair done after work at the time. Very disappointing Also, I called back to the store and no one answered my call for me to inform them of the mishap. My call was previously answered before I visited the same day moments later to order, because they don’t allow you to call ahead with an order.

I placed my order online but once the order was passed over there were no more chocolate milkshakes to prepare. Derrick was great to get in contact personally and make sure my order was satisfied on sight. I greatly appreciated his customer service. He and his wife provided great service and an excellent meal. Hey I met the franchise owner on my visit, he was very pleasant and friendly. I got the old school w/fries. It was soo good, I ordered it again to go from the server Jen again! This is my 2nd time here and on both occasions the environment was clean, neat and tidy, staff courteous, and the music was chill and relax. I was able to even make a business connection here. I look forward to future connections.

The store was dirty, the condiment stations were empty, and my wings had to be remade twice because the cashier was distracted on his phone. He read my order back to me and everything was correct, but when I received my food it was completely wrong. Never coming back to this location.

I’ve been to this location 3 times before (in the last 6-7mos) and each time I was NOT disappointed. However, this is the 1st time I met the owner, Derrick, who was really professional and friendly. He spoke to all the customers and even informed me of some food options to try. Great establishment, food, workers, and owner. Clean, good music and atmosphere too. Will definitely be returning!

I had the pleasure of being served by the owner, Derek. He was very courteous and I got great customer service; the food was excellent and matched my expectation from the Charley’s in the Annapolis Mall, I typically go to. I also thought it was cool, there was the family aspect; his daughter works here with him, I found out while dining here.
