Came thru the drive thru around 1am after a long shift and asked for a steak quesadilla with extra cheese. Meaning that they would have to make the entire thing from scratch. Instead, they gave me an old quesadilla (who knows how long it was sitting there). I even asked them before I left if they did put extra cheese on there. Dude said yes smh. Look at how this looks? I’ve been coming to this location every morning for several months now on my way to work. There used to be a kind older woman working in the morning. She made sure to greet you and start your day off right. For the last 2 weeks she’s been gone and a new younger woman has taken her place. This new woman doesn’t listen to what you say at all. I had to ask for a hasbrown literally 3 times today for it to be added and then they forgot it anyways!. Basically this new girl either needs to be re-trained or fired because I will stop coming for good if this is the service I will now be receiving.

Screwed up my order. Left out half the food I was picking up for work. Within 15 minutes I started calling. Called 7 times. No one answered. Order 73 1:13 pm restaurant 016319. Beckett Ridge. Pretty pissed one meal now has to be split into two and can’t go back since at work. I would give a zero if I could. It was cash so can’t easily get a refund

Came through the drive thru at night and ordered a #11 (cantina Chicken Taco meal) and received my items covered in hot sauce. I drove back to the location, waited in line for another 15 minutes, and then informed them of the mistake and was told “that’s how it comes”. It’s not, it’s my go to order every time and have never once received it with hot sauce. When I asked for the correct order, they told me I needed to pay AGAIN because it was my mistake, which I did, because I’m not trying to make a scene at a drive thru after a long day at work when I just wanted to eat. I get all the way home, take the NEW chicken tacos out only to find TWO pieces of chicken and some crumbs inside. No sauce that it’s supposed to come with either. Literally just the smallest pieces of chicken and a sprinkle of cheese. The quality and quantity of food always seems to be a problem with this location. Fix your night staff.

A Taco Bell employee at the window called me a weirdo for taking a picture, even though I didn’t take her picture. I didn’t find her to be particularly noteworthy or photogenic, so I didn’t take her picture. Her behavior towards me as a customer was unacceptable and warrants termination from her position.

This lady gave us the wrong order then sole two sandwichs and our receipt then try to justify the following by saying that the fact that the wrong order she gave us cost more than our original order so therefore she felt like she didn’t have to make our food and exchange it or give us anything at all. She actually took two sandwiches out of the bag and yank the receipt for me for some reason…
All I want is my $5 worth of food. So I brought back a bag full of food , and this lady started yelling at me because apparently someone named Mary ordered it. Not me. She realizes this and her odd behavior became even stranger… She then only took ONE burrito, ONE taco plus the receipt of course (maybe so she wouldn’t get in trouble)? But why wouldn’t she take the rest of the food back? Or just remake my order… Why yell at me? All I wanted was the one bell grande I paid for. Did I add she also tried to switch the receipt

She said something about how we took it $80 bag of food like you can fit $80 in a bag? What!? All I wanted was what I ordered I tried to give her the food back. This girl’s crazy avoid this Taco Bell if you don’t want to get robbed!!!

This is the closest location to work. There is a older foreign lady that works the drive-thru during lunch rush and every time the order is messed up!
I asked for a “Chicken Cantina Burrito box, No Pico De Gallo, No chipotle sauce.
I get back to work and there’s Chipotle sauce on it and no cheese. (She repeated exactly what I said, I saw it on the screen and then my receipt says something different after the fact).
Sad part about it, this is not the first time she has gotten the order wrong for someone that was with me or myself.
Please either train her to understand the orders or put someone else there during the lunch rush!
People like myself are on lunch break and do not have the time for messed up orders and cannot wait there just for her to try and get the order right again! Do better!!!
