I came through the drive-thru and at first the employee over the speaker was pleasant. However, when I received my food and asked for sauce, her attitude completely changed, she rolled her eyes and neck, asking which type of sauce do you want, which the way she asked made me uncomfortable.
Because of that, I decided to go inside to speak with a manager. When I explained what happened, the staff refused to provide corporate contact information, claiming they didn’t know the number. They also would not give me the employee’s name. At that point, I requested a refund and chose to take my business elsewhere.
Since they wouldn’t provide her name, I took a photo of the employee that I couldn’t receive the name of. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing.

I usually love coming here but tonight got randomly told the lobby closes at 12am instead of the 1am according to the Taco Bell website “a recent change”. Im gonna call the store during the day but if thats the case they need to post that on the front door cause it only shows the drive through hours (closes at 5am).

Tiffany and Sharee were friendly and gave good customer service. They remade our order personally from the previous experience. The food was way better quality and was the best experience I have had at any Taco Bell restaurant.

When you order a party pack that clearly states in plain english on the digital menu 6 soft and 6 crunchy tacos, make sure you tell the person taking your order you want 6 soft and six crunchy. And if you forget and ask them to correct the order, she will argue with you and refuse to read the words on the display screen, apparently she never read the words on the display screen. And then the line preps will make you feel bad for not SAYING 6 soft and 6 crunchy even though thats exactly what the party pack description says on the digital display. Hoping the employee that would not just look up sees this. Otherwise I like this location.

I ordered two chicken quesadillas and two beef and cheese burritos and this is what my chicken quesadilla look like at the ends. There wasn’t any filling at all. It wasn’t cut right if at all, it was completely flat no cheese or chicken. It was cold and I don’t even think it Was even toasted, right. I’m really ashamed because I just moved to Palm Bay and I was at least hoping that they would make it right.

*1/5 Stars – Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell*
I’m still fuming after my recent visit to Taco Bell. The atmosphere was lackluster, but what really took the cake was the rude staff. I tried to get someone’s attention by saying “hey” twice, but the employee just looked at me and ignored me. Not once, but twice! It was like I was invisible.
To make matters worse, a lady came over after 5 minutes, and when I asked for help, she told me she was busy. Busy? You’re the only one working, and there are no customers? It was clear she didn’t want to be bothered.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this Taco Bell anytime soon. If you value good customer service, stay far, far away. *Would not recommend.*

This Taco Bell manager, Erica, treated a hired teenager incredibly unprofessionally. After making her complete all the paperwork and wait over a month, Erica dropped her with just a text. When the teen came in to respectfully ask why, Erica refused to even meet face to face and dismissed her in front of customers. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
