Italian fast food place that really needs better management & staffing. Conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Pretty wide selection of food choices. Overall not very flavorful. The best thing about the meal was the free breadsticks you get when dining in. The dining area was not clean at all. The tables were all sticky, as was the floor. The food was far from what I would expect. Service was very slow & careless. My husband had baked spaghetti, which he reported was practically tasteless & underdone. We had pepperoni cheese bread, which was very unimpressive. I would definitely not get that again. I had the Italian sub, which was a bit spicy. Plenty of meat & very thick. Pepsi products.

Tried the lobster mac & cheese, got extra sauce since my dad said it was a little dry when he order the angus beef mac & cheese… but mine was definitely well worth the extra sauce and super cheesy! Took a picture of the lobster as well. They’re not super huge pieces but they are in there. I’m glad they finally brought the mac & cheese back.

The service was the best I have seen since in a very long time. The employees were always smiling and interacting with the customers. The place was spotless clean and the food came out fast and hot. They definitely get 5 stars from me and my highest recommendation!

Drive through experience very slow, the baked lasagna was tough when I got home to eat it, 10 min away. Could hardly cut it. Bread sticks Awesome as always. Very disappointed in the food quality. I use to work Corp for Fazolis and this quality would. It be tolerated. A regional review is needed to fix.

First time dining at a Fazoli’s; it was a positive experience. I came in craving carbs, and they surely delivered. We ordered the sampler platter, including fettuccini alfredo, meat sauce lasagna, and spaghetti in tomato sauce with a meatball, all covered in cheese and baked to perfection.
Comes with garlic butter breadsticks (with seconds) and freshly grated parmesan. Clean dining room and friendly staff.
