This has been my go-to Starbucks location for years—I’ve been coming here almost daily. Till about a month ago. The staff is amazing, but unfortunately the quality of the coffee has gone downhill significantly. I usually order the Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso, which used to be great about 5–6 months ago. Lately, it’s been consistently bad. I’ve had to turn around and ask for remakes multiple times, and it still ends up tasting “wonky” it’s disappointing, especially since I love this location and the people working here.

Very friendly environment. You can hear multiple languages at the same time. The place has a great study table in the corner, it felt like home. One drawbeck can be the place is kinda small for the demand. And parking lot is also a little small, not enough for people visiting the coffee shop. Well, that’s all I guess. Will visit again for sure ☕

This Starbucks location is pretty standard. The drinks are consistent with what you’d expect from the chain, and the service is usually decent. Sometimes it gets busy and the wait can be a little long. Overall, a good spot to grab coffee and sit for a bit if you’re in the area.

I am giving 3 stars because I never have an issue with the morning crew. That being said, it seems every time I go in the afternoon, which is numerous times a week, my order comes out wrong. Today we ordered 3 venti vanilla sweet cream cold brews with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Before the drinks were handed to us we informed them that the cream in the coffee was obviously missing. He then questioned if we were sure that was what we wanted, we said yes and he added the cream. The order labels had it correct. But still it was corrected so no big deal. But then one of the three has some sort of clear syrup at the bottom.. just one. Its staying completely separated from the coffee and wont mix in. Didnt notice it until it was taken out of the carrier when we got back to work or else I would have just asked to a new one. Going to have to just stick to just mornings.

Great coffee, a little over priced, but last time I had a problem with the protein box…They sold me the box at the day it should expire (or the “best by” date), so, it wasn’t fresh at all…The carrots were going white, and the apples were getting darker…and they push the box to the front so you take it…Sorry Starbucks, but your food should be fresh.
And to be honest, the employees and manager here are always nice and friendly.
Update: I have called Starbucks Customer service and they apologized and resolved the issue…So, thank you Starbucks!

Very rude staff, started by saying Hello and the guy completely ignored us, asked for room for cream and then he said we don’t have cream out , I told him I was here yesterday and there was a cream outside and then he said we don’t do this everyday?? One of the worst Starbucks I have been too.

The opening hours of the Wogul are not working. The store was supposed to be open until 5 p.m. I arrived at 4:35. The entrance was blocked by an employee’s private car. The door was locked. The employee smiled and said it was closed, but the stated opening hours were irrelevant to him. There’s a Dunkin’ nearby where I was served and the coffee cost $5, not $7. No wonder more and more locations are closing.
