Good Hispanic restaurant! Food was great and the service was excellent. Quick food and drinks. On the 15-20$ side per person and the sauces are spicy btw…beware of the orange and green sauces. The fries could also have used some seasoning, otherwise it was a decent dinner.

Our niece recommended this spot as we were looking to grab a bite before driving and I’m so glad she did. It’s in an unassuming spot just west of the 87/287 split. We ordered the tripas quesotacos and the diablo burger combo (though I’m not actually sure if I got the diablo or the Pumbah). Everything was fresh and full of flavor – perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked, with perfect flavor and texture combos. The tacos were stuffed with tripe and cheese, grilled to perfection. The burger had a patty topped with two kinds of cheese, ham, hot dog, bacon, grilled onions, jalapeno, avocado, ketchup, and mustard. It wasn’t spicy but was plenty hearty so that’s why I think the order may have been off. No complaints tho! (And it was windy so hard to hear). There was so much food but it was hard to put anything down. The fries had a nice seasoning pre-fried that gave a good crunch. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I highly recommend stopping here.

One of the best food truck Mexican we’ve had. We sampled the chorizo tacos, chicken tacos, birria tacos and the cheeseburger. All were fantastic. In fact the cheeseburger beat Five Guys / Shake Shack / Any “Gourmet” burger shop you can think of and was a much larger burger to boot. In fact my daughter couldn’t finish so I got a midnight burger snack (and even reheated it was better than most restaurant), but the highlight was the tacos. All fantastic highly recommended.

Best burger of my life. Super juicy, everything seasoned very well and I didn’t confirm but the fries appear hand cut and were crispy and delicious. The Asada tacos were tender and seasoned excellently as well. The red and green sauces are super good as well; red was medium heat to me but very flavorful and the green was much milder but still had a good kick.

Stopped here on my way back to DFW from Colorado. I’m glad I found this place! Best tacos I’ve had in a while. The tortillas have this nice slight crunch on the edges, the meat is cooked nicely and has plenty of juice (without being too messy), and the homemade sauce has the perfect amount of spice and flavor.
Apparently they have amazing burgers too. I’ll be trying that my next time through here. No more stopping in Amarillo for food on this drive for me.
