A new player has entered the Mediterranean food game in the Piedmont Triad! This was our second visit to the West Gate City Blvd location. Ghassan’s Fresh Mediterranean Eats presented us once again with fresh and tasty bowls prepared to perfection. Chicken shawarma was the preferred dish of the day and the combination of ingredients was delightfully tasteful. Our server was polite and friendly as we worked through the menu. While we did not utilize, outdoor patio dining is available. This place is a new favorite on our list! Thank you Ghassan’s for a great lunch experience.

Used to really like this place, past few times I have ordered the gyro they have only put in 3 pieces of thin meat?? There’s more tomatoes and lettuce than ever before and have cheaped out on the meat. Is this a lunch cafeteria I paid $11 for this, cmon guys.

I would have given Ghassan’s Fresh Mediterranean Eats five stars for the food, but my tastebuds did not like the pickled veggies in my falafel. Maybe I could have asked them to leave it out, but it was my first time there.

In terms of service we had a great experience. I really loved the facts that the folks working in the kitchen looked out and smiled too. When staff does that, it makes my experience better.

The atmosphere is a bit fast food generic in its looks. But this restaurant is VERY clean. The restrooms are clean as well.

On my way out, a beautiful older woman (there are a lot of young people who work there) ask me how the food was. She was so nice, we told her good, and it was, I just wish I had asked to not have the pickled veggies. There will be a next time though; and I’ll ask to leave them out.

Great location, clean seating area and good food. We have been to the one in downtown Greensboro a few times and this one just opened so we decided to go.
We wanted to dine and when the food came in it was in togo containers. Upon asking they said they only serve in togo when they are getting ready to close.
The chicken was juicy and tender. That is the only thing that they serve Halal and the gyro meat.
I really loved the cauliflower which came with the bowl.
Highly recommended if you love mild and healthy food.

Very clean place. It was loud due to the high ceilings with no buffer and the food was what I expected from a chain (nothing made fresh in house or not much anyway) Good “fast food” Mediterranean. Friendly service also. Pictured is the mezza platter and a swarma bowl. WAY too much rice and the cauliflower was very salty. The falafel was bland. But I prefer a fresher preparation when we go out to eat.

I really love this place . Super clean and good eats at an amazing price! I had the pita gyro and red roasted pepper appetizer which was really tasty. Everything I have tried here has been really fresh. Excellent customer service.

Thank you Ghassan’s 🙂

So happy my navigation brought me here. My son wanted Chick-fil-a and we stumbled upon this gem of a family owned restaurant. Food was fresh, tasty and filling. My son had the chicken kabob and I had the falafel pita. Everything was simply delicious. If I lived near this place I would eat there every other day!

Really good food, served quickly but healthier than typical fast food. The garlic chicken sub had great flavor; next time I will hold the french fries they put on it, the fries were good but don’t add anything to the sandwich. Jan’s chicken kabob platter had tasty chicken with fresh salad greens. And the fried cauliflower is FANTASTIC. Even if cauliflower is not on your list, you need to try this; it has a savory flavor added and is just right. Dining room and (unisex) bathrooms were very clean. We will be back often.

This is a very good Mediteranean restaurant in this area. It is in a much better location than the previous. Today I decided to go with the Gyro with side of Pita bread and a side of Tzadziki sauce. Overall the Gyro was good but it was lacking seasoning. The Tzadziki sauce had too big of chunks of cucumber in it I couldn’t dip my Pita bread in it, plus the sauce was bland.
