I got the pick 2, half sandwich and pecan berry chicken salad. It wasn’t bad but I’ve had better. It was dry. The bread wasn’t even toasted. It was just right out of the bag.
My husband had the Ruben and potato salad. His bread wasn’t toasted either. He said that it was kind of tasteless.
We’ve eaten at other locations before and it was really good and fresh. It must’ve been an off day at the location.

First time visiting. The staff very friendly. I love the 2 for $8.99 deal that appears to be an all day thing. The food is good, I highly recommend this restaurant. The sweet tea as well as the flavored tea. While the regular lemonades and flavored lemonades are just as delicious! You have your choice of sitting inside or out, you can’t go wrong with either sitting area.

Food was piping hot. Counter girl was very friendly but never came back by to refill drinks tonight. Overall though, great experience.

They are alright but they’ve changed the menu and gotten rid of the stuff I used to get and the value of the food isn’t as good as it used to be. It’s really unfortunate because Ive definitely spent at least at least a grand or two at McAlisters in the past two years . The side cups are only ever filled halfway and the sides are super expensive. The portions seem a lot smaller than they used to be and the food just isn’t as good. Ive been coming to this McAlisters since I was a kid so it’s honestly pretty sad. I go to Jason’s on Airport now because they have a better selection and the portions are a lot bigger.

I waited 28 minutes for my to go order. I understand if its rush hour, but you need to be communicating with your customers. I was standing right in front of the the counter and none of the employees checked on me for 20 minutes until I stood right in front of thr pick up area and even after they asked me if I had been helped, they walked back in the kitchen and forgot about me until I walked back up and grabbed someone. The lady who gave me my order was kind and I appreciate that. But waiting for 28 mins for a sandwich is not ok. Especially when you cant check on your customers right in front of your face waiting quietly and patiently

Dinning area is storage area and The New Yorker was cold in the middle. Definitely not Katz deli but it will do in a pinch.

The tea was my go to and it’s like the tea is NOT the same but it’s NOT worth me using the tea pass. I do like the fact that you do offer rewards when you order online and best part I don’t even have to get out my car. Curbside is the best

I have always enjoyed coming here due to the great services and yummy food. Tonight unfortunately the services when receiving our food was not pleasant. I ordered a salad. When I recieved it you could not see the tomato or cucumbers that come on the salad so I asked. The answer was there it is. Mind you all you could see was one piece of tomato. I asked one tomato? Here answer is I don’t know I didn’t make it. Asked her coworker how many tomatoes come on a salad. The next question was do you want me to open it and count how many you have??
Really?
I know and understand working at a restaurant can be tedious and it’s late you are ready to.go home. A simple the meat goes over the toppings of your salad would have helped. I paid for my food and toppings. I wanted avocado added I was charged. No problem. So don’t be rude when am asking for what I paid for.
Hopefully she got some rest and wipe be nicer to the next evening customer that doesnt know the menu or process of how the food should look like.
So you tell me if this looks like a salad with tomatoes and cucumbers??
