Ok so originally I used to come to this location frequently because you used to be able to walk in and have a Hot&Ready ready to go. The place used to be good with an ok staff, but now… The service is ALWAYS SLOW. EVERYTIME I go in, there is a “20min” wait for a single pizza, which turns into a 30min wait. I have literally set a timer and have seen people come in after me order and walk out with 3 or more pizzas. While in there waiting, i see many of the employees are not wearing gloves when cutting the pizzas or handling the food, and some of the employees who are doing the pizza cutting are sweating heavily over the food they are fixing to serve. Seriously if your in there next time after reading this, just watch them and see how organized and clean they look.

UPDATE: 2-26-26 they have a tendency at this location to take ‘hot and ready’ items and swap the label out and pretend it’s a ‘ready-made’ fresh item. More than once have I ordered crazy puffs, and within 1 minute it’s in the pizza portal saying it’s ready.

They are super slow and lazy. Ordered about 1hr ago and still ain’t had my order ready. The atmosphere is horrible. The pizza is disgusting, literal cardboard, not to mention it’s never hot and ready. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I love Little Caesars. Like, I really, really love it. I’ll die on my stupid little hill when it comes to defending the goodness that is Italian Cheese Bread and a cheap Hot n Ready.
But…this location? Awful. I ordered delivery today around 12pm, and the pizza that showed up could hardly be considered a pizza. Almost nothing on top, and flavorless crust.
Even my dear Italian Cheese Breead was lacking cheese, any flavor, or seasoning on top.
I tried calling, but no one answered and I just had to give up and go into work with a belly full of… mediocre bread.
I’d just skip this location entirely and go somewhere else.

I have had many pizzas in my day and I know one sole truth. Matt is the best maker of pizzas that has ever been put on gods green earth. Matt truly goes above and beyond. Puts love, care, and compassion into every slice. I can feel enthusiasm in every bite. He is truly a master of his craft. We should all aspire to be like Matt when we grow up.

2 years ago today my father ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. Our delivery driver unalived my father. I’ve been fearful of trying pizza since. Until today… I walked into little Caesar’s afraid, ready to ride the sewer slide. Yet through my fear I still walked in. A random female said they were no longer doing orders seeing that it was 30 minutes before close. Then Matt walked up. Smiling. Happy. Ready to fulfill my dreams. Since I was depressed I had my order pre written out on my phone. It was a lot because I had friends waiting on me. Hungry. Matt said “no worries, give me 20 minutes”. Then professionally told the other girl to go start closing.

With his kind words my hatred for pizza workers melted. I sobbed uncontrollably in the parlor while Matt made my order with love and a constant smile. I felt warm. When he was finished he said “would you like any ranch?”. The pure kindness of his heart made me sob once again… yes.
Matt the river rats are here for you. Each year we come to visit this beautiful city we will come to visit you. Shall little Caesar’s ever depart from you then we shall depart from them.
