I travel a lot and live in Lawton, this is the worst one I’ve been to. 4 times I’ve gotten the royale cheesecake blizzard with no cheesecake in it. I even asked “do yall still put cheesecake in it?” Lol they said yes but damn no cheesecake oh well $25 wasted dollars i guess

I would never go to a DQ for ice cream in my life but unfortunately this town has nothing else for ice cream like cold stone or baskin Robbins so I came here. Walked in and was greeted by cashier with a warm welcome. Told her It was my first time and she was patient as I made my selection. Not bad and the place was clean.

Something is wrong with their ice cream blizzards. I visited November 3rd and it absolutely burned my throat. I didn’t touch it and still in freezer. I contacted customer service hopefully I get someone to follow up. I don’t think I’ll be back. It burned my throat for hours only 2 bites.

I normally never write reviews but after a long hot day, im irritated. Taylor gave us straight liquid blizzards that were way overfilled and made a mess on us. Weren’t given any napkins and she gave us the wrong receipt. We live an hour away with no DQ thats nearby. We were very displeased to see that our blizzards were already completely melted before they even reached our hands. We already drove away before checking because we never thought to see our blizzards already melted. Obviously this location is not reliable on giving actual ice cream out so we will not come here again.

I added the photo I took after I opened the lid and cleaned everything up. Not satisfied and looked over reviews and theres many with similar things happening. Would not recommend this DQ location at all. Very dissatisfied.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I have had in the country at a fast food restaurant – when I interacted with staff they took FOREVER to answer questions about how much a shake would cost and didn’t have basic product knowledge at the ready. I reaffirm the sentiments of other low ranking reviews.

If Dairy Queen’s management is reading this, please know this location is definitely giving your brand a bad name!

Worst experience I ever had in Lawton. My whole order was terrible. No lids for sundaes, no straws for drinks fries, were cold chicken tenders missing from my order. Called management and was told to come back and they would refund me. When I got their another manager jumped in being disrespectful and said I wasn’t going to get a refund and goodbye. Daniel Taylor is a horrible for management. He was rude, not helpful, and treated me and my mother horrible for asking them to fix what they messed up. His communication skills are horrible, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth like the food I had to throw out because it wasn’t eatable. A waste of my money time and energy would never suggest this place, or would I ever pay for cold food and someone disrespecting me. Worst customer service ever. !!! I contacted corporate, but there was no response. I emailed ,called the store, and still no resolution or my money back. They definitely lost me as a customer. They don’t know anything about respect. Update finally received an email from the help center saying they were sorry but didn’t respond back when I asked for a refund of my money. So, the place is still a 1, will never order here again, never went to a place that messes up your order, and you get a run around when trying to get it corrected or refunded. 20 dollars down the drain. And to the owner who replied to my post already contacted the website, that was pointless too.

Ask the cashier for extra brownie then the cashier went behind and made the blizzard with absolutely no brownie. The level of petty is unreal in the store. They should be put out of their misery.

Let me start by saying I very rarely write reviews at all and even more seldom are they negative.

Today I decided to treat myself to a nostalgic blizzard at DQ for the first time in a while, so I drove 15 minutes there and got into the drive thru line. Service was fine until they charged my card. Afterwards, a random employee came up to the window while I was scrolling my phone waiting and asked for 5 dollars. I know he was joking, but it’s a little unprofessional and doesn’t help when the rest of the experience is also going to be atrocious. I ended up ordering a cookie dough blizzard, you know, the things they used to flip over or its free.

Well, they proceeded to hand me this monstrosity. How am I even supposed to open this? Not only is it quite literally a sugar bomb waiting to explode on whoever opens it, it’s not even a blizzard. It’s a complete melted mush of seemingly random ingredients because for some reason there’s chocolate syrup mixed in too and I wasn’t even sure it’s vanilla ice cream. This photo was taken literally 2 minutes after leaving the window and it looks like it’s been out for an hour. Decided to open it in the grass just to prove a point and, like I predicted, it exploded all over the place. I ended up throwing it all away because it went all over the cup, was constantly leaking over, and wasn’t even what I ordered.

This was a complete joke of a product and a waste of 30 minutes and nearly 8 dollars. EXTREMELY disappointed and I highly recommend you avoid this location.

We have been waiting 27 minutes (and counting) for 2 blizzards and 1 sundae. They have not even been started yet. Only one other family in here. Floor is dirty. Tables are sticky. Pop machine is flooding floor. Drive thru is not too busy.

I orderd threw grub hub yesterday our order was right but the miss communication between grubb hub and dairy queen was the issues. I can’t believe wen I ordered my meal that I would be charged 7.oo more dollars for a drink and my other 2 burgers was wrong and I never got a recipient I truly loved my dairy queen on ne cashed Rd in Lawton but after today after first speaking to your manger. This had to happen unfortunately I’m very disappointed and hurt that I would be doubled bulled and. Re charged threw both grub hub and dairy queen for being forced to go there my self so now I will not be going threw either company’s again sorry for any problems but I never ever complained for I understand mistakes happen but to be unfairly double charged and asked to go to both places to make a complaint. And embarrassed for I takes so well about y’all never again have a great day
