We ordered through Uber Eats and honestly, this was a huge disappointment. All of our food arrived cold. The burger? Cold. The fries? Cold. And to make it worse, there were no utensils included in the order. The bag was sealed, so that tells me the restaurant simply failed to put any silverware in before handing it off. We also did not received our drink!!!
At least the salad is supposed to be cold… or so I thought.
Update: I came back to edit my review because my Southwest Chicken Salad didn’t even have corn in it one of the main ingredients! Seriously?
For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable.

I’ve been coming here a long time and am continually impressed. The sirloin steak sandwich is now one of my favorite sandwiches of all time anywhere! Super high-quality beef, delicious bread, perfectly made. The fried green beans are unique and terrific. Great ice cream and shakes, and amazing hand crafted drinks (cucumber lemonade, strawberry lemonade, dragonfruit lemonade!)
The service is just excellent. Manager Eduardo is super-accommodating, friendly and personal, and really cares that everything is right, every time. Every restaurant needs somebody like him.

I think the manager needs to have a chat with the night crew, after 8pm. I dont think these employees understand the mission. Rude, no customer service, playing around, place is dirty, do your job and get paid. Easy. Food was good though.

I had the charburger with cheese wrapped in lettuce at Habit Burger, and wow, it was amazing-thick, juicy patty, melty cheese, crisp lettuce doing wonders for the texture. Their menu’s got killer options too, from fresh salads to loaded fries, so you’re never stuck for choices. Super fresh ingredients, fast service, and that smoky char flavor? I’m hooked. Definitely coming back for more.

Very disappointed with tonight’s visit. Service was not great, the female manager working was very rude when I tried to explain how my salad was not fresh and how it didn’t have any dressing. I was given a lot of attitude and was given a side dressing to toss it myself. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location!

I used to love this place. But, after not having been for a while, I got a craving for a double char.
They were busy and I got attitude from the manager. I almost just walked out, but I really wanted that burger. I got the burger and went to my car to eat it. It was way overdone!
So I figured that was an anomaly and tried a different location about a week later…the person helping me was great but the burger sucked again.
I like I have lost a friend. I won’t be back.

Ordered a few Southwest bbq chicken salads, burgers, onion rings etc. On one of the southwest chicken salads the put a few tiny pieces of chicken as you can see. If I would’ve known they don’t put chicken on their salads but yet charge I would’ve ordered a side salad !!!! Horrible ugh

Normally my experience’s here are great. Unfortunately this day was kind of a let down. I never order chicken from here but I switched it up. My first bite into the sand which was fine but when I took the second bite I realized the chicken was tough. I looked at the end I had just bitten from and it was pink. The Habit has always been one of my favorites, but this time was disappointing. My burger was red inside so I didn’t finish it. More alarming was the filth. It was only noon and the inside eating area was disgusting with sticky floors, dirty tables, no lids for soda, and unusable restrooms with urine on the floor and another one had a clogged toilet.
