Multiple times they have forgotten items in my mobile orders and I don’t notice it until I’m already home. I finally had enough and contacted their customer service for a refund on a missing drink, only to find out that they can’t give partial refunds and can only give me a “reward for a small shake”. How can a company this size not be able to do that. It’s just plain theft.

Got here at 10:20 a.m., went through the drive-thru and said hello, no answer. Fine, until nobody answered at all the next five times. After waiting minutes, I heard a short hello. I ordered one large drink, no answer for another minute. Girl on the other side waited until I was about to say hello again before giving me my total. Got up to the window and waited another 3 minutes before some I don’t care looking kid opened the window, he did not say hello just gave me my total took my car and closed the window. Waited another minute for my drink. That kind of welcome makes me look in my drink to make sure there’s not spit in it. If these kids are trying to be smirched the name of Sonic, they’re doing a good job. Whip them into shape, manager! Also the drink did taste good, don’t want to leave that out.

Had to leave a star or else no review. First time in my entire life that I picked up a breakfast burrito without a single trace of egg in it!!! Not only was the egg completely absent, I ordered sausage and was given bacon! I added onion so what I got was bacon, onion and cheese. Just how? I assumed someone new is working there and just forgot to put it in there but now after reading these recent reviews I understand that possibly more than one person that works at this location just doesn’t give a shit. I was way down the highway before I realized this joke that they handed me!!

Got here for a mobile order, pulled into a stall, the app told me it was out of service, so I moved to another stall. Sat there for about 15 minutes and nobody ever brought my order that I paid for. Watched 5-6 cars come and go without any service. I am out the money for my order, no one answered the phone and voicemail is full!

My family and I eat here all the time and love the food and service, today was different I was serviced in Stall 19 at 12:14pm on 02/26/2025 the young lady that took my order was very short and rude while taking my order, I understand being busy so It didn’t bother me being in health care I know the feeling …Today i was getting food for my daughter who was home sick today and when she took out her food it was disgusting…u can tell this was purposefully done to the food. I’m disappointed and disgusted by this, I called the manager on shift Karla and she stated well ma’am it might have just been packaged to quick and she offered to re make it..I let her know I’m back at work at this time and my daughter sent me the Pictures of the state of her food and responded well what do u want? ..No refund was offered at any time by this manager… Until!! I stated I will not be coming back and said I would like a refund because it will not be eaten. She then responded well that all u had to say is u wanted ur money back. I feel that this manager should have provided me with all options possible upfront with more understanding and compassion speaking to a customer that stated she was disgusted with the state of her food…someone squeezed this food and slammed it together u can see the hand marks on this food, where did the rest of the chilli and cheese go?? it was disgusting. This was not just poor packaged look at the wrapper completely clean and fine….will not be back.

A mistake was made by Holly when she did not send out a Diet Dr Pepper, and when I returned to collect the missing Dr Pepper, Holly became aggressive, asked for my name, and threatened to notify my employer due to her error; Holly was extremely rude and unprofessional.
