Rude customer service . Was rushed to order . Poor communication . But I should have known better , look at the location . Shut it down or hire friendly staff please . My husband & I decided to stop by this taco bell which we are usually cautious of tonight was a different experience at this taco bell my experience was so good I had to leave a review shout out to KiKi who worked the drive thru who was VERY professional I was blown away by her greeting and she also had good energy. Her and her team showed good team work the atmosphere, vibe,and energy was great it was giving teamwork, unity, and let’s make sure our customers happy and come back, every item of food was fresh and made right the food almost looked like the pictures on the ordering board. The service overall was excellent everyone had a smile on their face. I even called up there to thank them for the experience and the young man who answer was very respectful and welcoming. We will most definitely be back around the same time and hopefully we get the same crew or close to it! I would love to get off work and get that good professional/hospitality/9
